The staff was friendly, and location was nice. It was near the main road and close to shopping & food but far enough away to be quiet. Our room had a small balcony that overlooked the lawn & nearby vineyard, and the kitchenette came in handy.
The room was a bit small, and we didn't realize our room had a murphy bed when we booked. It was comfortable and it worked for the couple of days we were there. Parts of the resort were under construction, so they were in the process of some improvements.

We loved the kitchen! next time we would bring groceries...I loved the very cushy chairs in the suite and the couch. Bed was very comfortable and I liked a table and chairs in there.
We didn't like the televisions....didn't work particularly well....always struggling with them! Three controls is too many for me.

We like the convenient location for walking to a few of the local restaurants and grocery store. We also like the fact the area is more wooded and set back from the road, close to a scenic river. This location is a great jumping off point for many trailheads within the Whit Mountains.

The great room was massive and so beautiful. The pool was so nice and the hot tub was the best thing ever, my boyfriend loved it! And the property has the best view and it’s just a beautiful place and weekend to stay.
The cable was a bit spotty, and our room didn’t have a plug for the DVD player.

very accommodating, one room smelled and they were kind enough to help me switch rooms, the rooms themselves were awesome and perfect for the trip I was on with a kitchen and the beds were comfy, temp control was nice too, way better than most of the options I’ve stayed at in the area

It had a great view and the beds were comfortable. It was close to great restaurants and attractions. Staff was friendly and allowed us to check in early.
large groups of people were talking loudly outside in the corridor til 12 AM. children were running and screaming in the corridor. I notified management the next day. Managements was very nice and our second night was fine.

The location was great! There was plenty to do near by and lots of relaxation places as well. I loved the kitchen facilities...cooking is one of my favorite things to do!
During these COVID times, I understand the lack of help and contact employees have to have, but a little more staff attention would have been nice. The front of the building was under construction and I wish I had known that was gonna be happening when I booked.

The Check-in Staff wasn't clear about where the lifts were located. We didn't know South Peak was an option until we skied for 2 days and drove around the property on the 3 evening. The elevator was down for maintenance on Monday, but there was no notice a head of time that it would be.
