This was such a diamond in the rough!! We weren't sure about staying in a motel, but it is truly a lovely bed and breakfast! The renovated rooms and bathrooms are absolutely gorgeous and impeccably clean! The couple who run the facility are incredibly kind and welcoming! Breakfast is homemade and delicious!!! The pool is old but certainly usable, although we didn't end up using it during our short stay. We would definitely go back!!

Nothing! It was perfect for our needs and close to everything!

We checked in late and they were there in minutes to let us into our room. We needed to go for dinner. While we were out, a fire was started in the outdoor fire pit for us to enjoy when we got back. We heard a loon calling while we sat around the fire! The room was beautiful and modernized. The beds were cozy and the shower was amazing! In the morning, we had a cook to order breakfast with sweets and juices to boot! It was scrumptious!! Plenty of ice in the machine and just an overall cozy environment! The staff made us feel more than welcome and we look forward to staying there again!

There was not a single thing we disliked.

The room was nicely decorated, and the colors were rich. The bathroom looked like Joanna Gaines herself styled it. I especially liked the lock on the door -it felt more secure than an old fashioned chain. The owners were very pleasant. The breakfast included everything from danish, cereal, fruit and such, to pancakes and eggs all cooked to order. You can checkout right from your table.

When you arrive on property, see a sign propped on a table or something next to the door of the breakfast building that tells you to check in there. The door is locked and there is a ring doorbell that you can press. It would be nice if the sign indicated that you press the doorbell and one of the owners will assist you.

The property was very cozy and inviting, very warm when we walked in. Gorgeous decor, the bathroom had rugs which made it feel like home. Comfy blankets comfy beds! Has everything you need, microwave, fridge, coffee, etc. The shower is absolutely amazing. Breakfast in the morning is included and is delicious, they will make you fresh orders of anything you choose. The owners are very friendly ppl! This was our second time staying here and we will be back! highly recommend! 10 stars!

I loved everything

absolutely amazing ! far from a motel luxury in an unexpected place. From the moment we arrived to the check out everything was phenomenal. The homemade breakfast was great, the room spectacular , and Brendan (forgot his name) was welcoming. place is super clean , beautifully renovated. they have an area for corn hole , fire pit , pet friendly , there is nothing bad I can say. location is great (we were going to see Jason aldean only 22 mins away. When we return to NH this is our new stay!

everything was perfect

We were able to check in early and the help stowed our luggage and then put it in our room so it was there when we came back later in the day. I had bloody nose and had blood on the front of my shirt and she helped get it out. Breakfast for 7.00 was great. Fruit, good coffee and a donut made at a local bakery that was fresh and still warm when they started serving at 7:00. Egg soufflé also excellent. I would absolutely recommend this tiny (10) room motel. So much better than any chain I have ever stayed in.

The breakfast was terrific! We both had what we wanted and beyond. There were appetizers of muffins, pastries, and fruit. We were also treated to eggs Benedict and hollandaise sauce, in addition to our omelette and French toast, that we ordered ! T

We loved everything about this motel. If we had to come up with a dislike, it may have been the pillows. However, we always like what we’re used to, so no reflection on this wonderful establishment.

Centrally located between Weirs Beach and lots of good restaurants, pretty countryside and quaint little towns, the motel was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The greatest perk was the friendliness and attitude of the managers/owners. They were responsive, personable and just plain nice.

The only downside to the room was the lack of hanging or drawer space. Easily overcome by everything else great!!

I was pleasantly surprised! This old motel has been totally remodeled and the rooms are large and beautiful!! Everything is new, the beds so comfortable, quiet, great water pressure/shower, room for the dog to run around, amazing personally cooked breakfast, great couple run the place....it could not have been any better. I ever stayed an extra night!

Nothing, absolutely nothing! It was perfect.

The motel was very clean, though the grout in the bathroom needs a good bleaching. I loved the comfy bedding, coffee maker & plenty of coffee pods available. We hate rushing out to get coffee in the morning. Not having anyone above you is a total plus especially for a very light sleeper. The restaurant attached was very good & reasonably priced. It’s great having a decent place to eat without driving especially for breakfast.

My daughter stayed in the room next to us & we couldn’t get the tv to work. But it was late when we got in so we didn’t bother calling management. Maybe they need to leave instructions on what you need to do to get it working. It took us awhile to figure our tv also. Other than that it’s a nice, clean, quiet place to stay.
