Comfort Inn Concord

No frills hotel, but good for what it was. Breakfast was fine, nothing special but standard. Beds were small(fulls not queens) but comfortable, pool, spa and sauna were all clean and working. Air conditioning worked very well. Shower was hot with decent water pressure.Staff was friendly.

Slightly odd smell when we arrived. Kind of like it was smoked in and covered up by a heavily scented air freshener. It either faded or we hot used to it. A sign or information regarding towels at pool. We did not know to ask the desk first so were stuck soaking wet when we realized there were not any towels in the actual pool area.

The room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was very well tended to and hot foods were hot. Most of all, the staff was extremely attentive, helpful and kind. We had an issue with our motorcycles and needed additional assistance and every staff member (front desk and maintenance) went above and beyond to help us.

The air conditioner in the room is pointed directly towards the bed, blowing cold air directly at us. Would be nice if the air flow could have been directed elsewhere.

Staff was informative, kind and friendly. Breakfast was very nice offering a variety of choices. Room was clean and comfortable.

The bath lighting was very poor. The TV service didn’t offer a channel guide. Our room location (109) was directly in front of the lobby. Wish we were a few doors down for increased privacy and a bit less noise. AC had only one fan speed and we had block the vents with a chair to diffuse the air flow.

It was very clean and quiet. It seemed like there were quite a few people staying there that night but we didn't hear much of anything from people in the halls. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The pool temperature was perfect and doesn't get too deep which was great for my kids. Breakfast was great, lots of options. Love the location within walking distance to stores/restaurants

We wanted two adjacent rooms but the lady at the counter was new and gave us two rooms across the hall from each other, which wasn't a big deal but somehow one of our rooms was also given to another guest who walked into our room at 8pm. Luckily everyone was dressed and understanding, but that could've been a very uncomfortable situation, especially if they had walked in on my children. We also had to have our room keys reactivated. The other person seemed more upset than we were, understandably so.

The room was spacious, quiet and the beds were superbly comfortable. Nobody banged a hotel room door. Wifi .....connection was good. Daytime staff were very helpful. We appreciated having breakfast on site.

We were promised housekeeping for our three day stay. It did not happen until the final day after several complaints to the night staff.

The staff were all very friendly, courteous and helpful -- the best kind of folks! I think I noticed a plaque awarding the facility for their staff's excellence and for their diversity. I wasn't surprised: they were great.

The room had an extremely tiny window -- less than a foot wide -- and I thrive on natural daylight, so that was toug for me! (In the hotel's defense, from outside the building I could see no other rooms with that small a window; it just happened to be next to a dormer.) The location of the pool next to the lobby made the entire entrance area reek of chlorine: ugh!

My kids loved the breakfast and the pool. The people at the front desk were helpful and very nice.

We needed more toiletries. Poor packing on our part, but I planned on their being more in the room.

Coffee available in lobby as well as a one cup machine in room. Microwave and mini fridge in room.

Doors to rooms were a bit noisy. Not too much of an issue, but when neighboring rooms were entering or exiting the doors slammed and echoed in the hallways & could be heard inside our room

Location was perfect for the work I needed to complete. Staff was very nice, though while I was there their company put a mask mandate in place for the staff unfortunately not all the staff followed their policy. I myself have been wearing a mask inside not only for me but for others around me, especially while traveling.

I enjoy walking outside, while the hotel was good I like fresh air. The problem was that I did not feel safe as there were people in various vehicles just there in there cars or even work vehicles very odd.

Dogs are allowed and they seem to bark everytime someone moved. The pool is weird to enter- you have to go through the restrooms and in to the pool
