1) very modern decor. 2) Good size room and comfortable bed. 3)Good selection of continental breakfast and nice small selection of nicely cooked hot breakfast. 4) Excellent selection of goodies available at reception. 5) Great pub and Steakhouse next door ( T - Bones) 6) Very pleasant and helpful staff. Especially Maureen on reception.

1) I personally do not agree with pets being allowed into Hotel rooms that are then used by people that are allergic to animals. Especially if you have asthma or allergies. This is the 2nd Hilton Hotel that we have recently stayed in with this policy. In the future we will avoid Hilton Hotels.

Great new facility. Very well designed lobby and rooms. Bright and inviting. Family friendly. Exceptionally clean. Wonderful continental breakfast included in the room rate. Staff were very friendly, professional and courteous. They work hard to ensure customer satisfaction. Steve was fantastic ensuring we enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Amazing value! If I’m ever back in the area I would definitely return for another stay.

Very nice lobby area. Rooms were attractive and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was okay. Somewhat more than continental, but far less than comlete breakfast. Room size was very small. No closet and no drawers forced us to work out of our suitcases. This diminished comfort.

The front desk employee's Steven and Jane were the best. They both were extremely friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to about our needs. My husband and I own two businesses and know how hard it is to find good employee's. You are very lucky to have Steven and Jane as employee's They have excellent customer service. Jennie Lavallee.

We liked everything. No complaints

The hotel itself feels new and comfortable. Very clean everywhere and makes you feel at home. The staff was incredibly friendly as well. Breakfast was included and was great for us.

Booking.com had me at a certain price and I’m seeing that I got charged a higher price at the hotel. But the weird thing is the receipt I received from the hotel has the booking.con price on it.

One of the Night Shift ladies and I had a chat. No microwaves in the rooms no coffee makers in the rooms. She said Tru by Hilton is a more minimalistic approach. Initially the idea was to have a beautiful gathering area for people to socialize and then Covid happened. I’m going to miss the bed. Everything is so new and clean. I really enjoyed it here

No microwave or coffee in rooms. No FT housekeeping. If you needed some thing they were more than gracious to give it to you but nobody came in and tidied up every day or brought towels etc. you had to do all that yourself

The breakfast was "ok". On the morning I was leaving, they were out of coffee in the lobby, a bit disappointing. Luckily there was a Dunks right next door.

They had scrambled eggs but no spoons...spilled the eggs. There was no tv help on channels; usually a guide in plastic is helpful. The pleasant surprise was T Bones right next door...food was awesome and not too pricey.

Facility was clean, spacious, bright. The seating in dining area was comfortable, well spaced, clean and unique! I loved the family games area - never saw that before! Well-stocked coffee/tea bar and great breakfast. Really would like to come back with my kids one day

Nothing!

Staff were all extremely pleasant! The hotel and room was very clean, and even though Covid restrictions prevented some things from being "normal" (for example, breakfast), there was a lot of options and amenities (ice makers, foosball, gym, lounge) that were inviting and I could see myself enjoying more once the pandemic is behind us. Overall, I was very pleased with the room, the bed was extremely comfortable, and I will be staying here again for business in June when I travel back to NH.

Only two things that kept me from rating everything excellent--one being the handprints of previous guests I noticed on the "wood" panel of my headboard; two, that there was an issue with the keycards after 1pm each day that prevented me from accessing my room, which I had to go to the front desk twice to fix, although it was only a minor inconvenience and obviously something out of the staff's control.
