Fairfield Inn Concord

The breakfast was very good and larger, more hearty with options than I thought. The young man at the check-in desk was fast and very pleasant. My room was convenient to the side entrance which made it easier for me to access with bad knee. My bed and pillows were luxurious!

The parking lot is a little sketchy, but there were no issues. It just didn't match the quality of this facility. The bathroom was nice and very clean, however, there is an issue with the flooring. It felt like it could cave...I will be reporting this to management to address. (it did not affect performance or comfort)

It was a 1 night stop on our way to another destination. Breakfast was included. Restaurant & drug store within walking distance. Highway very close (too close?). Good for a quick stay. Didn't use the facilities, but they looked adequate.

Terrible lighting above the bathroom mirror. Not good for us ladies who wear makeup.😉 Had to use a hand held mirror by the window. Highway is right out the front door & viewed from room.

Super friendly and welcoming staff. Michelle and Beck were on hand to receive our party for my daughter’s college graduation at a local college. Breakfast area clean with lots of variety. Rooms are extremely comfortable and large to spread out.

Breakfast was great and edible. Hot tub and pool were clean and there were plenty of clean towels.

Location was a pain to leave the hotel. Trying to cross busy lanes was annoying. But I understood and dealt with it.

Breakfast was good except I wished the second day they had bacon instead of sausage again, and a few gluten free options.

I would have liked a Queen size bed instead of a full. We requested a rolling bed but there weren’t any. Pool was smaller than expected and the door/key wasn’t working. The hot tub was great. Other than that our stay was pleasant and the staff were great!

We like that the Manager at Fairfield Inn recognize that he had a big group of kids in his hotel for the weekend. He moved us from his hotel to their sister hotel Residence Inn. This was greatly appreciated.

Would have been nice if the Residence Inn had a hot tub by the pool.

I chose the hotel because I have stayed in this chain before. A comfortable room with great beds and good shower. The pool was warm and clean, the kids loved it. The reception service was very cordial and the breakfast employee, Mr Dominic, was very polite and attentive.

With Covid restrictions in place, it was a bagged breakfast. We totally understood and it was just fine for us. Coffee/tea station in the room was stocked appropriately.

The price seemed a bit high for the location. There was an interstate highway out front which one could hear through the night . I am not certain we would stay there again based on the busy highway in front , we would most likely look for a nicer location.

The room was super spacious. It was perfect for my family with my husband and two children. The pullout sofa even had extra pillows and blankets already in the room. We never had to ask for a thing, It was all in the room. We would recommend this hotel.

Didn’t try the breakfast. The location was great as far as getting on the freeway and there was a restaurant that was an easy walk. We didn’t try it since we were there for only one night. We were close to downtown and on Sunday no parking fees. Found a lovely restaurant that we were able to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
