Best Western White Mountain Inn

It was clean, comfortable, and updated. The breakfast was free and very good (the kids loved the pancake machine!). Every staff member we interacted with was exceptional (coming from a former hotel employee of the Mirage in Las Vegas I know what good service should look like). We were thrilled that they had a room for us because the expensive resort we booked first gave us a room with no A/C during a heat advisory! I was also very very happy that we were able to leave one day early without penalty as the weather on our final day was forecasted to be terrible. I would 100% stay here again and was very impressed overall.

It’s not the property’s fault, but it would be nice if some food places delivered there late.

Nicely appointed modern hotel. Mostly updated and clean. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was included. Nice coffee set up in room and in lobby. Beds were comfortable, sheets and pillow cases fresh and clean. I've stayed with Best Western in Switzerland, Italy, France , and the USA. I like the standards upheld by this chain around the world. Will stay with them again and again. A bit pricier than some of their competitors but worth the extra $$ and they have a rewards program if you book directly with their site. Lots of amenities but I never got to use them .

Air conditioner was not working properly but we basically just checked in went to sleep and left next AM so I didn't speak to the manager about it.

The location to the activities we enjoy was close by. The room was tidy and neat. There was a small balcony with a view of the countryside. The hotel clerk gave us a pamphlet that listed all the pertinent information to make our stay more pleasant. Having washers and dryers at the location was very convenient.

Offering a regular or continental breakfast would have been nice.

Location wise the view was amazing being able to view the mtns around the area

Shower was a little weak in the room, breakfast area was nice but small and certain items ( pancakes and waffles) were either empty or broken and other guests disnt bother to read signage making matters worse.

The staff courteously welcomed us to an extremely late check in. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.

The air conditioning blew directly at the side of one of the beds, which was a bit uncomfortable, but that is very picky.

Location was nice and very convenient, the hotel was quiet and peaceful, comfortable bed. We managed to book for a great price on very short notice when our other plans fell through, for which we were grateful.

Somewhat dated look to the place, my room could have used a more thorough cleaning, though overall a little wear and tear didn't matter to us.

the decor and quality of amenities was great. Coffee anytime. Rooms comfortable and especially micro and fridge in room was great. We stayed only one night so didn't use pool. We skiied at Bretton woods the next day. Getting a bkfst in the morning was great. Had everything you could want for bkfst including proteins.

Was close to a place to have dinner, market, and a coffee place. We only tried the dinner place which was Dutch Treat Sports Bar and restaurant. Was very pleasant and food fresh. Breakfast actually had hot choices as well as typical continental choices. Layout nice, parking good.

Prices a little high for my taste, but was the only place available for miles. Could have used a sidewalk to town but street not too busy luckily. Hotel not really responsible for sidewalks. Should provide a list of dining options and a free bottle of water would make my rating excellent.

Location perfect for visiting Franconian Notch Park. In Franconian little to no restaurants, but in Littleton (nice scenic town), nearby, ample opportunities.

Room wasn't very clean on checking in, cleaning every other day (standard).

comfortable, very clean and good location. good breakfast, eggs, sausage and potatoes.
