Ocean Casino Resort

The hotel is a diamond in an other wise grungy town. I love the bathroom in the rooms. The shower has a built in bench. The beds are awesome and comfortable. The view from the swivel chairs out of the floor ceiling of the ocean and boardwalk is on point. I am not a gambler. This property is rich in other activities. If you like to eat, swim, or spa this place is for you. The 24-hour cafe in the lobby is the greatest. Coffee pastries food items are phenomenal. Do not walk by without trying something DELICIOUS. The Spa is a delight. GET A SERVICE!

Other people smoking in the non-smoking rooms. I know we have a crisis in the workforce. My room was clean, but the hallway on my floor was filthy. Filthy for 2 days after I made it known to the front desk and concierge on the first day. I felt like I was on the ghetto floor with the smoking and filthy floor. I did tell management

Location is great! Restaurant options are pretty good and if you are a sports fan - great, fun location for watching games. Casino didn't have that same overwhelming sense of smoke from cigarette smokers. That was refreshing! Note- if you want a space away from all the kids (there were A LOT of families there during our stay) - then pay the price to book one of the ocean cabanas.

Our room had a fantastic view but overall, I felt the hotel had a lot of wear and tear for only a 5 year old place. Yes the rooms are modern compared to other places in AC, but I felt like there was a lot of abuse of the facilities on the property. Stains on the chairs and carpeting in our room. Splatters of who-knows what on our walls. We got a fantastic rate for a Monday night so it was good value considering what we paid. If I were paying 3x the price for a weekend room, I would've been disappointed with the cleanliness.

The location, the room size, the pool, the bike rentals, & all of the food options

Security in the lobby asked to see our room keys as we were going to the elevators. We were in and out all weekend with different guards on duty, & the first time we were asked to prove we were guests was on his shift. Not to mention we (black) were walking BEHIND a big group of other people (white) & we were the only ones pointed at & stopped. We then stood behind him & watched for a few to see if he would stop anyone else, & he didn’t. We filed a complaint about that because come on… that was pretty blatant. The rooms could have been a little cleaner too.

Gorgeous Ocean Views from the 41st floor. This is a must do for My husband and I again. Room Service was fast and plentiful surpassed my expectations.

PLEASE PUT MICROWAVES BACK IN THE ROOMS. I understand the business part, But with the drinking, gambling and late nights sometimes you may need to reheat food you have left over from dinner. PLEASE!! Hide it in one of the cabinets so it does not interrupt the Classiness of the room. I understand this is an upscale resort but this would help with those tipsy late nights and needing a bite to eat to calm your stomach. :)

Hotel is awesome and gas great facilities. Very clean and the views are spectacular. Front desk staff is accommodating

There should be a better online check in system instead of forming a line at the front desk. This would speed up the process. Early check in should be accommodated without too many issues. I was told twice that the hotel staff needs time to clean. Maybe hire more people if you cannot clean on time. No slippers and no bathrobe. For a 4 star hotel, I think they should have that in the room. Also, complimentary water should be included

The check in was a bit hectic but the lady who checked us in was very friendly, super knowledgeable and accommodating. The room was very clean and had a great view of the ocean. Self parking is a big plus. There are lots of food options and a pool. Definitely will go there again.

Check in would be easier if they allowed reservations from third party sites to express check in like they do if you book directly with the hotel.

Beautiful setting. Underwhelmed by the interior decorations and entries: not much to great us and make us feel welcomed, or make us feel like we were walking into a 5 star hotel.

Not much in the way of amenities in our suite (1952), which was at the back of the hotel. We had more of a view of the back of Atlantic City than the ocean. No robes were in the room, there were paper cups, no shower hats or q-tips- none of the normal things we are used to in 5 star hotels. No literature to explain anything: phones, tv, no maps for locations of restaurants. It felt like more of a barren factory setting than a comfortable, welcoming space.

I would love someone from hotels.com or booking.com to get back to me on this issue: The issue that I continually run into is I reserve a one bad king size. Inevitably, whenever I go to check in they don't have that room available. I've got a confirmation number. I got everything I did right and they just shaked their head and say sorry bro. My instinct and gut feeling is that they should carry outside agencies such as powers. It is disappointed and I hope someone will get back

Hotel is beautiful, the pool and jacuzzi were very clean. The front desk was so helpful. Room was nice and spacious with a great view and clean!

I didnt win at the casino, haha! The location isn't that close to the shops however there is a tram you can take if you don't feel like walking

Valet parking "in" Easy Peazy.. with immediate ok sir let me take your luggage.. ill take it from here.. just go in to reception. Reception .. E. P. With staff. Room was great.. size... 29th fl.. what could be better the room staff were also attentive. They don't get enough credit for the menial work they do!! The restrictive 21 & over pool was an unexpected bonus. The young lady greeter was exemplary. The staff were on point! The 3 pool spa area was exclusive and the person who toured us, thorough and friendly. The weather the next day was poor and inhibited our ability to attend. The bartender staff were also wonderful at Ocean Steak We were afforded great hospitality by them. THE LIGHT dishes were delicious. We had cocktails in the bar 2 of the 3 days we were there. AND met some great people. The crap table was fun. The staff was accommodating and professional

The water in the pool wasn't as clear as we might have liked and the unchanged, covered lounges were a suprise ..... but requested extra towels were a great answer and covered our problem. The Bar Manager at STEAK, , however, was aloof and cold. NOT our favorite person. The casino is tooo much. It is tough enough to work my phone or computer, but a majority of thecslots are daunting and unapproachable. Easy T V. Checkout but no receipt or overview. Had to call the hotel after I got home to get the info emailed to me
