MGM Tower at Borgata

Everything except the food choices.

No restaurants for me and my 13 year-old son. The food court was miserable!

In general, all places are beautiful. but especially the lady who works at the reception, vita, because we come from Turkey and she helped us a lot. I would like to thank her especially and congratulate the hotel to have such a receptionist.

Children are not allowed to enter the outdoor pool and therefore we will not choose this hotel on our next trip. and I recommend the borgata buffet to have a longer breakfast time.

Bathroom was very nice. Clean, large and the shower had GREAT pressure. Beds were very comfortable, and 4 pillows were great. Facilities were amazing.

There was doggie bag from previous guest in our frig. Only 1 jacuzzi was working at indoor pool. A lot of the stores were closed, and we stayed Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday.

Superb new hotel, spacious rooms, excellent restaurants and bars. Top ranked buffet. Excellent staff.

Pool was a disappointment. Website pictures are misleading, showing pool at night when it closes at 7pm, maybe winter time for the hardy. Small, very shallow (3.5 ft throughout), small jacuzzi had peeling paint and cracked grout lining. Also, why on earth only accept 21y+? With 3.5 ft pools. Buffet not available Mon-Wednesday and frankly top for AC, but modest elsewhere (disappointing quality seafood, for example, only medium shrimp and mussels/clams). Far from the glory days of AC or Vegas. Many facilities closed somewhat randomly during the week.

The Pool was nice but it was difficult to get there because you had to go outside to access the area. My wife had foot surgery and had a boot on and we had to go down many steps to get there and then back up to get back in.

Surface parking was a big mistake dunce it was very far from the front desk. One had to have a reservation to eat at the restaurant American Grille or wait until 9:00 PM to get in

Entrance was underwhelming, lobby to parking area was confusing, minimal lighting, no makeup mirror

Love this hotel. The room was clean and smelled good. It was our 30th wedding anniversary and needed a getaway. Coming back in the fall.

The style and layout of the room was Very Nice! The shower was Amazing😊There was Great Entertainment and Good places to eat.

The room was slightly dusty. I had to do a wipe down. We were disappointed about the Water Club Amenities being closed, such as the deck and the lobby.

In my personal opinion, it was only some utilities that were not available during my stay, such as the sunroof & sunroom 🥲

Nice clean new furniture. Big bathroom, parking was only 5 dollars for all your stay. Very big parking. Many shops, cafes and restaurants in-site. Easy chick in and out
