Hampton Inn Flemington

The staff was fantastic. Our room had a funny smell that could not be ignored. I brought it to the front desk's attention. The young man was wonderful. He cared. He apologized. He discounted the room and got an ozone maching in the room to remove the smell (the hotel was sold out, so a move was not possible). Customer service was not lost on this young man and it was very much appreciated.

Construction and the funny smell. But I was notified of the Construction bf we arrived and the smell was addressed when i brought it to the attention of the front desk.

Location of the hotel was perfect for us. The staff with Jo-Ann and all the fine employees made this a very enjoyable week. We would not hesitate in coming back.

Front lobby was under construction. Prices I thought were a little high from what we were paying elsewhere in same type of convenient hotels. Marriott, etc...

The hotel is very clean, breakfast is good. Our room was huge, with 2 refrigerators, 2 televisions. Lots of parking, and a fairly convenient location.

The thermostats are difficult to use, the bathroom is small with inadequate shelf/counter space, and there is no housekeeping service unless requested. For a $200+ price, you'd think someone could empty the trash and drop off towels and coffee.

Location was great. Friendly people. Comfortable beds.

There needs to be more of a selection for non dairy individuals. We also had an issue with the air conditioner and the room being very cold but wasn't going to complain because of the heatwave. But overall it served it's purpose. I love the Hampton Inn stays but I guess since covid they don't offer the chocolate chip cookies anymore.

I lost a ring on the day my family was leaving. Well we were on your drive back home when we got a call from Hampton Inn saying that they found a ring in the room we where staying at. They so kindly told me that they will keep it at the front desk for us to pick up. That is exceptional service, and we appreciate the staff and cleaning going above and beyond to help their customers. Thank you

Breakfast was better than expected. Staff was super friendly and helpful - shout out to Bennie who made us feel very welcome! My only issue was the cost - I was surprised that a hotel in Flemington was that expensive! We had a great trip though to visit with family after two years of Covid.

Price.

Spacious dbl queen size room. Desk, tv, frig microwave..all clean working. Smaller bathroom. Comfy bed. Decent breakfast with lots of room to sit.

Breakfast staff stares at you and watches everything you do. Made me feel uncomfortable.

Loved how close it was to Diamond Nation. Breakfast was decent. Gym was nice. LOVED the BEDS!

There were little ants all over the bathroom. There was also a couple of hairs in the shower that were left.

Room was comfortable and quiet. Good shower..

Reno work ongoing, unattractive interior. Pool was closed. Breakfast could stand improvement; pre cooked eggs.

Benny at the front desk was great and accommodating! The staff was very friendly to the kids who were rambunctious during the storm.
