Lambertville House

We really love our stays at the Lambertville house which so friendly and accommodating very well decorated for pride making it a very warming place to stay. and really enjoy our mini trips to New Hope & Lambertville especially during May Pride events and October fall events. Holds a special place in our heart.

Would like to see in the future considering opening the dining area for breakfast. No alot of place on the lambertville side of town that serve full breakfast aside from the full moon which didn't open until 10am☹️ and the other shops were more coffee speciality drinks with muffins or pound cake

Great stay at the Lambertville house with my husband and 7 month old! The staff was so welcoming and the room we booked was a Queen room with balcony. The bed itself was maybe a full size, and it is high off the ground so expect to climb much higher up or using the step stool! The hotel provided us with a pack n play though we would suggest bringing your own. The location could not have been more perfect.. right off the bridge as a short walk into New Hope and back. We popped back into the hotel anytime we needed anything, including a cold beer at the restaurant! In the evenings we enjoyed sitting on the balcony though be prepared for many spiders to join you! Great long weekend away. Thanks for a great stay!!

Our bathroom trash can had not been emptied from the prior guest.. so this was an unpleasant. Otherwise room was very clean!

Loved the free upgrade to a balcony room which was very nice. Staff was eager to help and well trained. Appreciated the coffee and wine in ( half bottle for the balcony $15) the room.

Really wish they offered some sort of breakfast. During the weekdays on the Lambertville side of the bridge there are very few places you can get breakfast. There are a couple of really basic coffee shops (nothing substantial or gluten free). We finally found an old diner (cash only) that could serve at 9am. Tuesdays seem to be very problematic.

Location was perfect for walking around Lambertville and New Hope. Room was clean and bed very comfortable, complimentary toiletries were great. We arrived around 8:30pm, and the check-in hostess, Suzette, was very welcoming and actually took the time to walk us to our room. Excellent customer service! Other staff members were just as helpful in making us feel welcome.

Restaurant didn't open until lunchtime. Would be nice if breakfast was offered, but hotel staff did recommend an excellent restaurant, New Moon, across the street which had a large breakfast menu and food was delicious.

Location, town and comfortable bed

AC mini-split did not adequately cool room and take humidity out. The bathroom lacked an exhaust fan and/or openable window thus steam from shower filtered onto the room. Also caused peeling paint on bathroom ceiling. There is no source of conditioned cooled air in the bathroom.

Been staying here for years. Love that it has bar/lounge that is traditional style to the hotel. Last few years they have added dining. The food is wonderful. Great location to everything. Highly recommend.

Some noise between floors when inconsiderate people stay above you and there is no desk staff to intervene after a certain hour. Definitely need more than one handicapped spot‼️

The hotel was comfortable and conveniently located to everything. We loved being right in the middle of the fun and action yes the hotel was quiet and comfortable.

The location was ideal for everything we wanted to do. It was great to have onsite parking. We were able to walk to all the restaurants and shops with ease.

The lovely hotel has a charming character, with very friendly and accomodating staff. Our Q-suite was clean with absolutely most comfortable beds, extra separate room with hot tab and double-fireplace came as a bonus. Very quiet and cozy.

Q-Suite, room 207 was a little tight for 3 of us (couple with 17-yr old), balcony although large enough for sitting multiple peoples and enjoy the evenings, but the view is partially on a brick wall with a/c's and partially on the courtyard with hotel's restaurant outside sittings. No breakfast is served at the hotel's restaurant only lunches and dinners, but the food was great.

My husband and I love traveling to historical areas and staying at historical hotels. Lambertville House did not disappoint! The property was well-maintained, the room was very clean, and the common areas were comfortable and welcoming. The staff was extremely friendly and the location of the hotel was centrally located in Lambertville, and situated a block from the bridge to New Hope. We were able to ditch the car in the parking lot for the weekend and walk to everywhere we needed to go!

The parking situation was a bit tight because there was a huge outdoor tent that took up several parking spaces. I understand the need for outdoor space during the pandemic, however, there were no tables or chairs under the tent, so I wasn't sure what purpose it was serving. I'm guessing they may have needed the space for outdoor events. However, they did offer overflow parking two blocks away, so they were able to accommodate additional vehicles.

Great location; friendly helpful staff. Very clean. Room freezing cold at some points. Also hit with extra credit card charges. Would recommend this place and would come back again.
