Westminster Hotel

Very clean and well maintained. You can tell the staff was proud of their work place and not pulling for strings when asked about issues with the faculty like many other places have their employees do.

A little stuffy and the staff was nice but you can tell they were being a little bit more then nosy, which I guess is understandable if said behavior was applied equally to all groups of guests. The rooms are nothing like what they advertise online , we booked the middle tear rooms and got like the lowest tier room on the first floor. It wasn’t what I was expecting.

Quiet location and well positioned with amenities. The daily cleaning staff really did a good job and we’re on top of their job. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. The bar was very good.

I had the supreme King Room which was very spacious and could be enhanced by the addition of a small sofa in Room 230. Since I was there for 8 days the single chair and bed as the only option for relaxing a sofa would have been a plus.

Very Quiet,beautiful lobby area & furnishings, large room, extremely comfortable king bed,good sized pool & restrooms, & Vending machines close by,across from retail plaza,on a main road, easy to access via POV or bus.Lobby coffee offered in the morning.

Limited pool use in effect,restaurant on site; closed that day, but no available “store”area at all,not walkable to restaurants or food,Vending snacks only, was a little high. No Microwave in the room. No water available except via vending purchase & only mini bottles..

Clean and quiet most of the time. I had a room across from one of the meeting rooms. The hallway echoed the children running and screaming but it did get quiet at a fairly reasonable time.

Limited access from outside. Long walk from the far end of the parking lots to the front entrance especially when making 2 trips to carry items to the vehicle prior to departure. Room key access through the back entrances would be helpful.

I truly enjoyed the cleanliness and the design of the Lobby which confirmed the standard of excellenc we were looking for when arrived. We were there for a wedding and Westminster was so gracious to accommodate our family which added beautifully to the experience of our nephew's wedding. Thank you some much.

It was after 2 A.M. that a woman in the room next to us was yelling, screaming, and ruining some poor guy's stay. I wanted to make a call to the front desk concerning the noise, UT the phone in the room didn't work. However, I used my cell phone instead and the staff dealt quickly with the nuisance.

My stay at the Westminster hotel exceeded my expectations. I was traveling alone & called a few times with questions. Each time I called I was treated with kindness & my questions were answered. Upon arrival I was impressed with the hotel & staff. During my stay I enjoyed the comfort of my beautifully clean room. The staff was exceptional always pleasant & helpful. I booked my stay to attend a workshop which was right next to hotel, that worked out perfect for me as I don’t like to drive much in areas I’m not familiar with. Many places to eat nearby & of course options for delivery. Some really nice stores next to hotel. Hotel was quiet & I slept great. I have insomnia so that says a lot. I felt safe & comfortable here. There was coffee available in the am. I sat out on the patio & enjoyed my coffee. I wish I could of stayed longer. I also wish I would of taken note of the front desk staff names that helped me out during my stay. I can’t thank you enough for being so kind & helpful. I can’t comment on the restaurant, as it was closed when I was there. I can only imagine it was just as great as everything else. Thanks again Westminster staff , you all are doing a great job in hospitality!

Not sure why this hotel has such mediocre ratings. It's clean, super comfortable beds (I didn't want to move in the morning and plan to ask what beds they are) The staff are super nice. It's modern. Big spacious rooms. We were on our way to Ithaca to visit in laws since we live in Italy. I think we found our hotel for our post flight stop over.

Nothing not to like. I'm British, so a tea drinker it might have been nice to have tea bags in the room or by reception but I understand it may not make sense also. They did have chamomile though which is nice for night.

restaurant was amazing food so good. he’s very comfortable pool pretty decent.

mild things that Ebony Clank was the at the front desk not sure the employees job position but when I arrive was amazing extremely helpful and mild things I said would make my day better she’s did above and beyond and it was my first stay. like I said I was cold and she sent up extra blankets I didn’t really ask so sweet. said I loved the soap she sent up a few extra to me. for me respect kindness and the little things make this a perfect 5 star visit. all staff were amazing but she was the tops.

i like how its close to shoping centers, restaurants, and the staff is always welcoming

well the smell of the halls, this strong odor in the halls. i also dont appreciate that kids run in the halls lr wake up very early and disturb. walls are not sound proof. next time i will definately ask if there are any kids on the floor im at. this stay really was not as great.

amazing staff. I was coming in late with two sleeping toddlers. The gentleman at the front desk not only reserved me a room close to the parking lot but waited outside with the car, and other sleeping child, while I transported them and their belongings. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything and I surely could not have smoothly and safely done it without his help! it was Incredibly kind and shows he must care about people and the company he works for.
