Sheraton Parsippany Hotel

The pool facilities were nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable

The restaurant. It was very odd how it was setup that there were so many tables but no wait staff. To have to squeeze through to the bar to order and pay the bartender, or any other need was very weird. Also didn’t like that on booking.com I was told I was upgraded to a deluxe room but we were very obviously given a standard room. I tried communicating with the hotel through booking.com app and no one responded. That experience was frustrating.

The property is comfortable and clean and the breakfast spread was varied and delicious. The biggest surprise was the gym and the pool. The gym was EXCELLENT. It was more of a fitness center. It even had a smith machine, which not all gyms have. Equipment included free weights, a rack, weight machines, cable machines, cardio equipment, kettlebells, TRX, balance balls, bosus, and more. Definitely pack your workout gear! The pool is, or is close to, 25 yards so pack your swimming gear and goggles. Finally, there’s also a jacuzzi for those sore muscles.

There was a convention going on and my neighbors were so loud up until 5am. It was so hard to sleep. But I don’t blame the hotel for that.

The castle design caught me off guard and was absolutely beautiful. I loved the access to walking paths around the river and the mature trees on the property. The indoor pool and hot tub were much needed. Even though, I was told, that they were accommodating several large groups,it was quiet and certainly not crowded.

Hmmm 🧐 what’s not to like?!

Always wanted to stay in the castle, finally Got the chance. The staff Heather and Tara were professional and pleasant. Both went out of their way to help us. The young ladies at the pool were also a delight. They were accommodating and friendly.

I called the week before to make sure the restaurant was open, I was told that it wasn't. So we packed our own own food from home and brought it.

The front staff was amazing, even more so with the packages we had delivered to the hotel. The House cleaning staff was also amazing and very attentive. Almost all staff had a happy attitude.

Maybe consider upgrading mattresses. For example Purple, or Casper. We love our Purple mattress at home and found we missed it greatly since we had a stiff back from your mattresses. Breakfast was amazing, but maybe allow guests to take something back with them without being yelled at by staff.

it was clean, smelled amazing, staff was polite, housekeeping straightened up our room and gave us fresh towels while we were in NY.

I honestly can’t complain. I would stay again no questions asked and have been recommending the hotel to everyone who asks. my only concern had been that when we arrived around 10:30 pm, there was a woman who was intoxicated in some way and decided to lay down on the floor in the hallway. I don’t blame that on the hotel, as it was only that single occurrence and I did not see her the rest of our stay.

The crew was very kind, unfortunately not much interaction but the check in and out was very courteous. The room can absolutely use an upgrade by now, but I guess the castle needs to keep some form of antique look to it. I've always likes this location but its staying behind a bit as it seems that its main attraction is the Outdoor Building structure and its surroundings.

Uncertain why the toilet seat was so uncomfortably small. Bed felt as if I was sinking backward into the headrest area even with the pillows.. had to sleep in the by the footrest on top of blanket having to cut off the AC. You must turn the bed often to balance the mattress. And paid WiFi? Really? Doesnt cost anything as you have to have for your facility but you rather charge your guests? At least add it to the stay for a lower fee and let them have it. Have to go to Starbucks and leave the area to do some work? Good thing I had my own hotspot.

Beautiful castle like building. Can walk around the grounds to a small pond. Lots of fireflies around it. Large Indoor and outdoor pools. Bar/Restaurant available in the lobby. We didn’t eat or drink there but it looked very nice. The gym area has plenty of space and equipment.

AC in our room was very loud. Made a terrible humming sound you could even feel while in the bathroom. Smelled a little musty in our room when we got there. Our mini fridge wasn’t very cold.

Its in quite place, free parking, I had my pet (cat) with me and they where kind enough to not charge me for pet fees stay so they are pet friendly hotel love it, the room spacious, comfy bed, there were no neighbors next to me as they have to comply with the COVID-19 regulations regarding the numbers of people can stay per night in the hotel so this is +plus advance.

The only thing I wish they can adjust and consider is to allow the windows to open up to 4 fingers at least l, I know it’s hazardous to allow windows to open as some people may fall down, but some people like to breathe fresh air or to air the room after eating.

The hotels is in a very convenient location everything is 4 o 5 min away, so it's great

wasn't the room I got from booking but it was OK, wasn't the best we been before . The pool was fine just was all weekend swimming classes from the neighborhood so just be aware you only can be in a part of the pool
