Sheraton Mahwah

The buffet breakfast was delicious, many choices to choose from. Beds extremely comfortable, furniture a bit outdated but functional. Staff very courteous and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Hot tub is listed on their on amenities list, but when asked about it, was told hasn’t worked for five years. Either leave the hot tub on the amenities list and fix it or remove from the list as it is misleading. I was looking forward to using it.

Taneisha at the front desk was amazing! She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable on our anniversary! Everything was very clean.

You could tell the bed in our room had been broken and fixed. A big board was sticking out of the one side and my husband smashed his leg off of it pretty hard getting out of bed.

The location is conveniently located, close to the highway, 20 minutes from Mt Peter ski area, 20 minutes from Woodbury Outlets, 30 minutes from Lego Discovery Center . The staff was super friendly and professional, the rooms felt small but clean and updated. The hotel shows a little age but has update in many areas that count, the Lobby is very nice the restaurant area the pool. Lots of parking and great value.

I love everything about this hotel and our room. The view was excellent ' OMG' beautiful!. from the moment I walked inside the Sheraton Hotel I was in love and breath taken. I went there to celebrate my husband birthday and the staff went above and beyond, Kevin was amazing, he made sure my room was nicely set up and also keep me in form and posted about what was happen due to the surprise I had for my husband. I'm very grateful for staff like him because he made my stay much better than I expected . Thank you Sheraton.

Wish the rooms was sound proof. The room next to me was very noisy, I could hear his TV and everything that was going on in his room. other wise everything else over power my happiness.

Phenomenal view from my window. Room was very quiet. Hotel was very clean, spacious and airy. Breakfast was buffet or from a menu. Service was highly attentive. Dinner was outstanding

location. at the beginning of Route 87. travelling back home to Montreal. spectacular view of sun setting behind the Catskill mountains from my room on the 21st floor.

My room had a nice view of the mountains, check-in and check-out were easy, staff was kind and welcoming

There was a sign on my floor (21) that the elevator wasn’t working and to take service elevator, but that was the elevator I used to go up to my floor initially.

Super clean and comfortable room

A shower in the bath with a shower curtain is dated. I would expect a walk in shower cubicle in a hotel like this.

Clean facilities, friendly staff

We waited so long for a room that they accommodated us, but the room we had, had leaking windows. We had rain, amd it was like a bucket pouring in from the top of the window.
