It was near the airport.

I only stayed two days for a short visit. For people who work as costumer service, every time I went to the front desk it was not the best attitude as they treated us. one of the guys was frustrated about something that happened to him and he treated us unpleasantly and rude when we checked in. The cleaning lady and the lady on breakfast were very nice. They should be more specific with breakfast when you see the description. It's just juice, coffee, cereal and bread, literally. Our room gave us a smell of cigarette smoke since we arrived and sometimes it smelled like marijuana. I will never stay here again.

the breakfast was limited due to Covid. Business needs to stop making this an excuse to serve people because local restaurants are open for business and they serve food so for this reason hotels that provide continental breakfast should be able to serve a full breakfast regardless of Covid. that logic doesn’t make any sense regardless of Covid. practice social distancing constant cleanliness is key not limitation of service when running a business. Also the locked side door to the parking area shouldn’t have an after 10 lockup this should always be accessible for guest 24/7 especially if it’s paid parking per day.

Javon, Javon, Javon!!! What a wonderful young man. He provided such a warm and welcoming reception upon arrival I immediately felt at ease. I arrived after 10:00pm and I was tired. He gave me the menus for several restaurants that deliver in the area at that time of night as well as offered to get me a sandwich from the bar area. Thank you Javon for your exemplary customer service I had almost lost faith that such existed. Kudos to Hampton Inn Elizabeth for hiring this young man, he is an asset for sure.

Location suits me, near the airport & the shopping mall with a bar/restaurant next door for evening meal. Continental breakfast sufficient to get one started. Snack bar in the lobby, always handy. Beds very comfortable, bathroom clean, staff friendly. I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times before & Will in the future, have always been happy. It has a car park-small fee. They’ve held my bags after check out, all making my stay very satisfactory.

Waiting at the airport for the free shuttle, doesn’t come anywhere as near as the other nearby hotels, last time I waited 50 mins, I eventually rang the hotel.

The location was ideal for an overnight stay and do a little shopping at the nearby mall. The staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the nearby restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was delightfully displayed. The hotel is modern, clean, and has friendly staff who display excellent customer service.

There was no hotel shuttle to the Mall as it was nerve wrecking to cross that busy street outside the hotel. There wasn't anywhere to get room service in the night. After that there was nothing to dislike.

Everything was fine, but there was a mix-up on hotel names. It was pouring down rain and we decided to get a cab. The first cab took us to the wrong Hampton Inn. That was $60. Then $60 to the correct Hampton Inn. We were told that we could sign up for the shuttle to the port when we checked in, but the shuttle was full, and we had to get another cab to the ship! That was an additional $80!. The staff at the first Hampton Inn laughed at us and said the mix-up happens a lot. Not the best way to start a 5 week trip.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel seemed well-maintained.

I had an issue at checkout as they double charged me when they took the security deposit, I did query it at the time of check-in but the outcome remained the same. I have since received my money back though. I took the free shuttle service, it wasn't very clear on the booking details (at the time of booking) but did work, the driver was however quite late so myself and the other guests were waiting outside the airport at night for about 20-30 minutes. Not the end of the world though, We did all still get to the hotel.

Excellent location and value for money, this hotel is ideal for a trip to Jersey Gardens with breakfast included and a shuttle to take you back to the airport what more can you want. Best comfortable and the room(suite) was very spacious have stayed here before and will stay here again in the future.

Maybe take the information off your webpage re the pool, as it is still showing as a facility but is closed permanently as we discovered. It might be also worth informing guests that there is work going on but this did not impact on our visit.

Great shuttle with friendly drivers. Right across the road from Jersey mall for shopping and dining. Large clean bedroom . Nice reception area with coffee on tap. Check in and out staff friendly and efficient. Great luggage storage facility which is very welcome as we had a late departing flight home.

Breakfast served is absolutely rubbish. They used to serve a great breakfast here before COVID struck which they are still using as an excuse for the pathetic offerings being served.

I stay a this hotel often and usually have no issues. The staff is friendly (typically) and responsive and I've never experienced any disturbances during my visits. I'd love for the queen rooms to be a little bigger but these rooms are a good size and are very aesthetically pleasing. This trip I stayed in a king suite which was quite spacious. Closest size was great, bed and pillows are just ok, the living room has a sofa bed, chair, desk, and second tv.

The bathtub did not drain well so you may end up standing in a pool of water while you shower. Also, the gate to exit the parking lot didn't open with your room key as it was supposed to which became annoying.
