The sink was not working properly. The desk attendant not too friendly.

The double queen room was a good size for three of us along with the bathroom. There were plenty of fresh towels and small toiletries so you didn't need to unpack your bags. The room had small cosmetic damages eg. scratches on bathroom furniture but spotlessly clean. There is also free parking onsite and a decent breakfast. The reception team were welcoming and efficient. Overall a really good stopover for Newark airport or Manhattan, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

For cost vs product I don't feel there is anything I can criticize!

Family friendly staff and breakfast, rooms were clean. Affordable place for family to stay while visiting for graduation in Jersey City, New Jersey.

Our room did not have a mini fridge. The shower drain was rusty and green from corrosion, which made it look dirty even though it was clean.

Bag breakfast…Hard boiled egg smelled bad, didn’t eat, otherwise okay. Room was comfortable and very clean!

1. Every time went to desk no one there, had to wait. 2. Room next door very noisy with bass music loud, tried calling front desk to ask for help twice, no one answered the phone!!! Do we took it upon ourselves to approach people in next room and ask to please turn music down. Did it work. Music played for 2 more hrs. 3. Room was very cold, could not control the temperature.

I liked the fact that there was a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Had to discover how the microwave worked since the one at the desk was different. Also laundromat available except not on the first day but later. Out of order sign at first.

Hard to see the driveway to Hampton Inns. Had to remember that it was after Courtyard Marriott and then you turned in. There should be some signage that you can readily see from the main road, Rte. 46. Ice maker out of order during entire stay. Had to go to other floors for ice.

When I went to the front desk to alert them of the lightbulb and mirror, I was immediately moved to another room. I was very appreciative of the service and eagerness to make sure I was taken care of. This room was equipt with a microwave and mini fridge that the original room was missing and was double it's size, much better! I got a great deal, even before the room switch but after- it was definitely worth it.

In my original room the doorway light was blown, the wall mirror was missing, there was no microwave or mini fridge available, the TVs weren't smart so I couldn't sign into my streaming services, the bathroom could have been cleaned over once more (specifically the grout and wallpaper). In my second room only one towel set was available and the clock was missing- I didn't want to be a pain so I left it at that, it wasn't a big deal. I was looking forward to the gym being open but it wasn't, again no big deal since I was there to relax any way.

General condition of the hotel and its cleanliness, cleanliness and comfort of the room and bed

“Breakfast.” I had to microwave a cold egg and sausage sandwich that a staff person brought to the lobby for me. There was also coffee, but nothing more.

Great selection and quality

Booking.com messed up my reservation and delayed my getting my rooms. Hampton inn staff were exceptional. Booking.com did rectify the problem but it was stressful and time consuming

Morning staff at the desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful!

Front desk couldn't "find" my reservation. Then said, "there's a slight problem" with the reservation upon finding it. Had to switch my room from 3 queens as reserved to a king plus pullout.
