Hotel LBI

Excellent... Friendly staff.... Great amenities.... Bikes privies, good activities and places for food, snacks etc. The rooftop is beautiful views at sunset... Excellent areas to just sit and relax. Great family games avail for entertainment with kids. Ruins were beautiful... Clean... Spacious... High ceiling felt grandeur. Loved the first floor room close to the pool the outside sitting area was great. It was quiet inside the room, beds were comfortable and big. The pool area was clean comfortable etc. Towels were soft and clean.

It was wonderful. No complaints. Maybe the temperature of the pool was a little too warm... Maybe a couple of degrees cooler would've made more difference from the jacuzzi ... But over everything was wonderful!!!!

I liked that the hotel had everything that you would need right on the premises and you could park your car and reach the beach and other places on the island by walking. Staff are all great, helpful, and very pleasant.

I did not like that you had to go to a different eatery within the hotel to each specific types of food. I was hoping to have pizza one night, but you had to go to the rooftop to have pizza and I had already spent the day being wind blown on the beach, did not want more of the same to eat pizza. There was no place on the roof top where you could get away from the wind to eat.

it's grandeur and curb appeal. loved the surrounding area. the staff was amazing and friendly... they even knew our names on only a ONE NIGHT STAY! modern and pretty inside and out of the room. the pool is so great clean and comfy... rain or shine.... and the adjacent bar and restaurant was perfect... and the beautiful beaches was close enough to enjoy during the day.... to then come to a comfy room with out a hassle or take a nice relaxing dip in the hot tub. they even provide a shuttle so that you don't need to worry about finding parking. Definitely worth staying now than 3 nights at least. regret our 1 night stay!!

loved the room, was not fond of the view when stepping out in the balcony towards the back fan area of the hotel, a bit hidden from what could have been an incredible view of the horizon. maybe next time will request a little better view... but loved the room anyway!!!!!!!

love hotel lbi. it was our first time staying here, and we were worried about location but honestly it worked so well for us! the beach shuttle is a game changer. the hotel itself is so comfy and the staff are really exceptional. we wound up leaving a day early due to a family emergency and they refunded us for the last night. they didn’t have to do that but it goes such a long way. we have already booked another week in September! can’t wait to go back.

the elevator situation is a mess. our only gripe.

Beautiful Hotel!

It’s a beautiful hotel however, for the amount you pay for a room the bagels and muffins in the morning should be complementary you feel a little like they trying to nickel and dime you for everything. I’ve had a better breakfast staying at a Hilton got breakfast for free there! Also pool opens at 12pm way tooo late and closes at 8pm way too early! I wanted to buy a regular hoodie at the gift shop $130. They price gouge everything as if your not paying enough for the hotel room!

I like hotel decoration, supplies, and a hotel with a kitchen very much. The swimming pools are all glass decorated, very nice. The hotel is very clean, which makes us feel very comfortable. We also went to SALT for dinner, where the limited-set meal was very rich and delicious, and the service staff was great.

It would be better if the swimming pool in the hotel has a machine that automatically dries the swimsuit.

Everyone was very nice and helpful; hotel was clean and we had a great stay. We loved the rooftop area too; lots more games this year... we had a great time and the pool is always a big hit at the end of the day. Kids LOVE it:)

Sometimes it was hard to get a spot to sit at the pool. Looked like towels were on chairs but no one was there using them. Maybe people saved the spots but never came back.

The hotel felt very upscale. The decor in the common areas and individual rooms was very high end. Very spacious rooms with modern touches.

The location was not walkable to the beach primarily due to the construction and lack of sidewalks. I don’t know if this will change once the construction is completed. Even so, it is quite far but I do believe they offer a shuttle in the summer. The pool was beautiful, but it was difficult to get a chair.

Very nice hotel. Beautiful decor. It has a vintage beach feel. Our room was spacious. Our food and drinks were good. Beach chairs, towels and bikes free to "rent". You also get a couple of beach tags to use during your stay. Overall a nice place to stay.

Overpriced! Not beach front, not even a good view. Although the hotel seemed very clean, I was surprised to find dust hanging from the vents in our room. We had a beach shuttle driver that talked about his tips, not so classy. Although this hotel is within walking distance to shopping, beach, dinning and activities, the roads are busy with traffic going on and off the island, and there aren't many sidewalks.

Room was amazing. We weren’t on top of each other we had our own space. Comfortable and loved the dining options throughout.

The pool was way too small. A family was playing catch and almost knocked out my daughter. The pool bar loses too early.
