quiet and clean

I chose the property because I was traveling with young children and they said they had an indoor pool . when we got there the pool was not available to guests because they were storing furniture from their redecoration /construction . I just wish they would have updated the website to state that because the pool was the only reason why I chose this hotel over another one and it wasn’t even available to guests ..

The room was great. The TV channels didn’t have enough movie channels

I didn’t like the towels, wash clothes, they need to get new towels and wash cloths…! They were stained with dry blood. Very dirty looking to where I couldn’t even use them !!! Very Nasty looking.

The facilities were clean, modern, and very comfortable and the staff were pleasant, friendly, amenable, and most of all competent and efficient. I had a great experience staying at the Comfort Inn and I would recommend it to anyone. 👍🏿👍🏿🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤 (5mics are a certified Hip Hop classic according to the old Source magazine.)

The location was great. Close to a lot of stores.

The room had an odor that smelled horrible and we had an issue with our toilet and when we called the front desk were told someone would bring us the plunger and no one did. My husband had to do it with his hand and a plastic bag just so I could use the bathroom. The next morning we called the front desk and the person working was more helpful and someone came upstairs from Maintenance. Other than that our stay was great. When we first checked in the front desk personal was great and her customer service was awesome.

The beds were great and very comfortable. The shower pressure was amazing!

The smell in the halls like stale vape but my room didn't smell.

Very nice hotel and excellent location that's very convenient to shops and restaurants. Coffee all day. Room was very clean and comfortable.

I was there 4 days and housekeeping never came to service my room. When I finally asked to have someone, I was told housekeeping wasn't available even though there was someone cleaning the room next to mine.

Breakfast due to Covid was a paper bag with granola bar Activia yogurt and chicken breakfast sandwich which gave a choice and was appropriate due to the epidemic. Hotel is restoration so not everything was available but I only needed a place to study and sleep so was more of than adequate

Only 2 towels no washcloth or small towel as well no clock in the room

95% it was quiet and relaxing. The facilities were clean and very accommodating.

They put me in an ajoining room next to guest with a baby, that randomely woke me up at times. But that can't helped. The doors seem to not close completely and leave a space for someone to break in easily, if not deadbolted.

I’m a traveling nurse and this hotel is great. The front desk staff are lovely and it’s pretty quiet and comfortable

On check out day, I was rushed by a huge dog that was not on a leash, just roaming the halls. It’s important to note that I am ridiculously terrified of dogs. I was very upset meanwhile the housekeepers (2 of them) stood by and watched.

Staff was nice, room was quiet, bag breakfast and coffee were appreciated.

Room amenities were barely adequate - no facial tissues, no hand towels, bath towels and shower curtain were minimal, no waste basket in bathroom.
