Aloft Mount Laurel

Everything best hotel I have stayed at this year. I loved the staff easy check in. The size of the room. The bed an pillows The best part the great pool The lobby is nice an outside patio area.

The lights broken above the bed an the shower head fixture was broken we reported the issues when we checked out wasn't enough of a issue for use to bother anyone at the time.

Everything! It was clean and friendly staff . I also loved that it was right beside the hotel I had to cancel the clarion due to how nasty that hotel was and very rude staff. i was pleased to come to the aloft it was like a breath of fresh air. Thank u.

Room was spacious and clean!

Older boys were rough in the pool and even tried to push my 4 year old under water... I had to tell him to knock it off because his mother was too busy smoking weed on the patio, instead of watching her delinquent brats.

Aloft is so beautiful & nicely designed. I was asked if I had preference on what floor I’d like to stay on. I thought that was very thoughtful. The staff they have made the experience even more great.

My only dislike is that the rooms do not have microwaves.

location is great, nice restaurants near by

I stayed here about 4 years ago and it has started showing some wear. you pay extra for breakfast items other than coffee but there is a Bob Evans across the street and a Starbucks in the same parking lot

The breakfast was good, but preferred something hot. Loved the free coffee and fruit though. Very nice set up as well.

The room was very nice. The only thing that I didn't like it that the beds were so flat you needed extra pillows for comfort. Also, cleanliness is a factor. Found remnants of a previous guest on the floor. Dried flower petals. from a previous guests were on the floor. If that is an issue, what else is an issue?

The room was clean, check in and out was very easy. We slept well and the shower had decent pressure. Black out curtains helped us relax and get a good nights rest. The rate was very reasonable and we would stay here again

There was quite a bit of loud parking lot activity late at night/early in the morning. Bummer not having a breakfast option at the hotel.

I appreciate the cleanest and the connivence the staff was professional and nice. The property is well maintained. I will definitely stay there again and recommend you guys it was awesome!!!

You can do a little better with the pricing especially for the locals in the area I’d stay more often Thank you

I called to ask was the oil open And when we arrived I was told they was closed. My kids were disappointed.

It was clean, the bed was amazingly comfortable and it was located just off the NJ Turnpike. I liked that I could stream to the TV from any of my own personal devices. The staff were very friendly and approachable, offering information on nearby eateries etc.

The road side rooms can be a little noisy with trucks & traffic throughout the night
