Hampton Inn Philadelphia/Mt. Laurel

During breakfast, I liked the variety offered. There was something of your liking. I also liked how the kitchen staff kept everything well stocked. They were friendly and courteous. Additionally, the dining area was clean and well kept. As for the location of the Hotel, I give it a 10 out of 10. It's off the highway, close to various shops and restaurants. A variety of routes can be used in going to and fro. Overall, I love the location!

The pool could have been better. Because of its look, I did not go in. It was not attractive! It gave no feeling to try it. The pool water and area did not look clean. The umbrellas seemed to be falling apart. It looks like the pool area is not well kept. For me, one of the things that entices me to stay at a hotel, is its pool and this one looked awful!

I enjoyed the clean room and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and a nice size. With all my stays here I have never done breakfast. This time I did and it was good, nice job.

I was not happy that the refrigerator was not working. To add to the disappointment the ice machine on the second floor was not working either. Being summertime it was not good to have a cold drink.

The staff made the experience great! Everyone was nice and friendly. The property is very well maintained. A complete 180 from where I was staying. I had to check out of that place early and booked Hampton Inn the night before. That property is considered the same star level, but Hampton Inn blew it out of the stratosphere. Breakfast was great! Covid protocols are enforced. Cleaning standards on point. Loved the refrigerator and microwave in the room. Free internet was fast and reliable. I was able to work remotly relatively uninterrupted. Words can not express how truely happy I was to stay here. It made me a Hilton believer. Already booking my next get away and plan to stay in a Hilton H2H property. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

There was nothing that stands out. I was so lucky they had an open room, when I was forced to check out of my previous hotel.

Quiet restful night’s sleep. Friendly, helpful staff. Reasonably priced.

Wifi was down and unable to logon; Ice machine on my floor did not work; parking lot was dimly lit; and despite my room being mostly clean overall, I saw remnants of something unsanitary on the outer part of the front of the toilet bowl.

Through no fault of the hotel but there were 3 college sport teams there so the hotel was booked solid and every seat in the breakfast area was taken and we had to wait nearly an hour to be able to get a seat and it seemed hard for the only breakfast area worker to keep up with the crowd and replenish the food and clean up.

It's very nice to provide a free breakfast but it was rushed away to early near ten and not keep stocked at that time. I am sure you don't want waste but if you are going to be open ten then be open. One of the elevators seemed a little rickety. The staff were nice. The place very clean and comfortable.

I am a Coffee drink it and I love the fact that you matter what time it was I can go to the front and get a nice hot cuppa coffee. I also love the fact it was very quiet.

What I didn’t like about the property, was the fact that the rooms were so small. I could barely fit myself and one other person in the room. The closet space will be on small I had two jackets and two pairs of shoes and it looked cluttered also the refrigerator was beyond small I just felt like a fat guy in a little car and the person in a small room you get the point.

I didn’t feel like the room was cleaned very well, there was someone’s clump of hair in the tub. The breakfast was bland and ran out quickly without being restocked. The hallways and elevators were without any ac, it was so HOT!

Staff is very friendly. Hotel is clean, quiet and close to restaurants. I have stayed here many times, I highly recommend! Gym and computer area is always empty, and open to use, I also enjoy them..

.Wifi is weak. Two times I have stayed had to use mobile Hotspot. Great place to relax. Wifi is the only problem. If you fix that it is a great place to stay. I would come more often. Thanks.
