Ramada by Wyndham West Atlantic City

the room was very nice. much better than the pictures. very clean and house keeping came everyday to take out the trash and give new towels etc. i got a room with a nice view so that was a plus. the breakfast was average. not too many options but it was tasty. overall it was a great stay.

certain dogs are apparently allowed in the building. i would be woken up by a very loud Chihuahua barking through out the halls for hours. the toilet in the bathroom is so low to the ground. not many options for breakfast. larger towels. awful “pillows”

Staff was great all the way around and location was close to what we wanted to do. Rooms were clean, lobby was clean, pool was nice.

A little over priced for the rooms inside an establishment that is clean but definitely needs updating. Biggest opportunity was continental breakfast was advertised but only consisted of cereal and make your own waffles. Could have used some eggs and sausage and fresh fruit to be truly continental

I liked that my dog was welcomed and there were great places for her to walk. Great breakfast with clean safe conditions! Micro and fridge that worked great. Atm on site vending, great staff! Thank you so much I will definitely stay with you everytime I visit Atlantic city nj!!♡

Although I understand why there's a sec deposit I wish I was informed before I arrived. I knew a pet fee was involved but add a 50 Refundable deposit also

They were very nice, and accommodating. The rooms were large. They allowed pets. There was nice pool. And it was a 4 minute, easy drive to the beach.

It could use a little updating. It was clean as far as bedding and sheets, towels, but you could tell the previous people that stayed had smoked in the room heavily. And the carpet probably could use a shampoo.

Convenient Location, quick drive to the casinos and event centers.

At Check In I asked where is the best place to park and was told anywhere is ok. We parked on the far side of the tower not realizing the only entrance to get inside we had to walk around the outside of the building with our bags. Bathroom was a bit outdated, but overall the room was decent for our quick stay.

The location was excellent and the the room was very good with comfortable beds. The room was cleaned daily.

probably because of the number of people, but the breakfast was missing coffee, bagels etc. I would suggest a closer and faster replenishing of the food. This certainly will be appreciated.

Parking was simple and easy. I liked that they had breakfast for guests too.

I didn’t like the set up for the breakfast area with the line crowding the garbages and the waffle station taking so long. There also weren’t any gluten free options.

The location was great and we were near the elevator located in the building.

I needed a cot for the third person with us. The night clerk told me it would be 15 dollars a night for 2 nights. When it was brought to the room the staff told me it would be 15 to 20 dollars a nights for two nights. We kept the cot and told him the clerk said 15 dollars per might. Also, the last day we needed three breakfast bags and they wouldn't give us three. They requested our room number and stated that we only had 2 people listed for the room. But, we were given three bags the first day. No one else was asked their room number and he gave them what they ask for. The other customers that was present stated that he never asked for their room numbers just gave them what they asked for. So, why us.. Please investigate.

The king size bed and comfortable mattress, the location away from all the city noise, accessible to everything and the lake. Pool was a nice size although we did get to use it.

Very comfortable and spacious rooms, clean, friendly staff. My only complaint is that I got bitten by something in my legs, and hands while staying in the room (got pictures), and the room was not cleaned on our last night. Other than than that, it was a pleasant experience.

Very nice and attentive staff. My key would not work in my room door at 5 am. The on site mgr came over and tried things but couldn't reset it so he called maintenance and woke him up to help me. It ended up the batteries needed to be replaced in the lock. It was all done with a smile at 5 a.m.

Although I see signs all over that say "No pets" there were a lot of dogs. The towels could be better quality, but they were just ok.
