Red Roof Inn Freehold

We were not so sure when we pulled into the parking lot alongside a busy highway, that it would be quiet in the rooms. When we went to the main office there was a sign with a phone number to call. The office person arrive quickly after the call, within 5 minutes, and after assuring him I did not have a dog with us, we were given our room key. (Only one, there were 2 of us) we found the room on the second floor facing the highway. Opened the door and were extremely surprised! It was like walking into another world. Furnishings were beautiful. All appliances worked well. Free wifi as stated was easy to access. The best was very comfortable. We will stay again if we co.e back through Freehold.

Could have given us 2 keys to the room. There was noone in the office when we arrived.

I usually book the Red Roof Inn when come to visit family. It's affordable and the location is great for family visits, shopping, dining etc. The room was clean and large enough for everyone. The staff is very friendly and responds quickly when needed.

We don't spend too much time in the room so the expectations aren't at the "luxurious" level. The bathroom, specifically the shower, wasn't as clean as we expected-I always travel with my own cleaning products for this reason. It would be great if they offered other services like a gym, pool or breakfast. The property definitely has potential 🙂

No extra facilities provided with this room, but a good sized room, clean and everything worked, (shower, TV, WiFi, coffee machine etc). More like a motel than a hotel but this suited us fine. Staff on reception always helpful and friendly. Would use again.

Some other guests were walking around and talking outside at 02:00 am. Not a massive problem.

The room was very clean, excellent refrigerator, Fresh scent whenever you entered the room. The location was gave easy access to the town of Freehold, the freehold mall, and many well know businesses. Management was very pleasant and willing to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Would stay there again.

The parking lot was more than adequate, lots of room but the surface could use some work.

The room was thoroughly cleaned. The bed was comfortable. The shower water temperature and pressure was great. The iron, ironing board, hair dryer and other accessories were readily available. The housekeeping staff were courteous and friendly.

Climbing the steps to the 2nd floor. I'm a disabled retired veteran who had hip replacements earlier this year. I was assigned a room on the 1st floor, but it was changed to the 2nd floor at the last minute. We could not locate the ice machine.

I was a little nervous when I first got there, because there was a sign on the door with the phone number to check in. Then I met "Rayhan" (unsure of spelling). He assured me of check in. It was a wonderful stay and I was allowed to bring my two small dogs.

The room was clean and ready for occupancy.

The lamp on the night table did not work. Therefore, the USB outlet did not work to recharge hearing aids. I requested the 1st floor and it was not available. I'm a 30 years disabled retired veteran. The stairs were very agonizing, especially in 15 degrees weather.

The man at the front desk was nice. The room was nice. The bed was comfortable.

Not serious problems but bothersome. The housekeeping could step it up some. The room could have been cleaned a little better. The pillows were hard. I was staying for 2 days after the first day a man and woman were banging on my door telling me I had to leave. I told them I had another day. They said sorry then left. They should check before they do that to people.

The facility was clean and the room was very updated. The location was extremely convenient for the business we conducted and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The television remote was extremely difficult to figure out and we were constantly calling for assistance with setting up watching it. The third day the TV did not pick up reception and had to be looked at by an outside party.
