newly remodeled and immaculately clean, nice pool, friendly staff and a great location

The rooms are clean and pretty large. It's an older motel - not extravagant, but comfortable. The staff are very friendly and outgoing! We came from Cleveland to get in some beach time and see a concert in Asbury Park. Eatontown is only a few miles from Asbury Park beach and boardwalk, and there are a lot of great places to eat within a mile or two of Crystal Inn. Since it is an older motel the walls are well insulated, so the rooms are quiet - you don't hear the people in the next room talking or moving around. Housekeeping comes in every day to tidy up the room, clean the bathroom and give you fresh towels (they don't change the beds - but it's really not necessary). The pool is clean and well maintained. If you want a comfortable room at a reasonable price, Crystal Inn is the place to stay! We'll definitely be back!

We desperately needed to find a hotel because the place we booked earlier had a major problem with their pool. We quickly decided to make the reservation with Crystal Inn and were especially pleased. The pool was probably the best I was ever in. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The area surrounding the hotel is not great however, the price is more than reflective of that issue.

The room was updated and clean. The pool was a large size, clean and relaxing. There are some gazebos near by to sit outside with friends/family. The bed was comfortable. For a motel much better than average. Free coffee in the lobby. They were able to let me check in early which was very appreciated. Cost a fraction of many other motels or hotels in the area. I was in town for festival in Asbury Park and drive or uber there only about 15 minutes. I would stay again.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed controlling my heat being a person with anemia. The staff was SO HELPFUL and POLITE. I slept like a baby with no noise disturbance. The wifi was so fast which helped me complete my school work. I was told the building was just recently renovated which looks great.

The inside of the toilet could have been cleaner. Also several times I had issues opening my door with the key. I was told the key malfunction was due to the rain.

Overall this hotel was impressive considering the lower rates! Pool was clean, Outside was very well maintained. Location was in the middle of the hustle and bustle but still secluded behind some trees. Pet friendly! Staff was very nice and friendly! Room was clean and I loved the fact that parking was right behind the door and there was two entrances to the room. For some reason our room electric went out randomly and they fixed it in less than 5 minutes. Will defiantly book here for our next stay!

One bed out of the two was too firm for us, however some may like that just wasn't for us. That was the only issue we had.

On arrival the member of staff at reception was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was much bigger than expected and the bed was so comfortable! The gardens were kept picture perfect. Definitely worth the money and would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Unfortunately on arrival our room did smell mildly like cigarette smoke, clearly from previous guests.

Cleanliness and accommodating staff, location eas easy to get to.

It would of been nice for them to let people know they are upgrading their phone system. They need to fix some of the rooms, the first room the door was damaged and looked to not be secure. They were clean I do give them that and they did accondate my issues with the room we were in. But overall, good experience. The bed in my first room needs to be replaced. They need to look at updating other things besides the phone system.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel is obviously being updated and I rather enjoyed my stay. Plus the pool was phenomenal after a day in the sun.

Our air conditioner hadn't been replaced yet and was wonky to say the least, but it wasn't enough to ruin the stay.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. Huge room, very clean, recently painted. Beautiful pool. Cheaper than other hotels in the area. Nighttime staff member was very courteous and helpful.

Breakfast was very limited.
