Ramada by Wyndham Albuquerque Airport

The staff are very friendly. I especially want to give a BIG Thank you to Alex. He is the one who checked me in when I got there. Alex is a young man who is very respectful and very helpful and friendly. He helped me with everything I needed there to make mine and My husband stay the best ever. I hope Alex gets to be recognized for ALL his devotion to the Ramada Wyndham.

The first night there, was a couple of cars in the waffle house parking lot next to the Ramada Wyndham and they had a confertation in one car driver shot a gun at the other car. The other bad thing was the police didn't show up for about 30 mins.

Stayed here for a night since my flight left very early the next morning. Very helpful and friendly staff; great and comfortable room! The airport shuttle starts at 7am according to the sign (their website said 5am I think) but it was no problem taking me to the airport at 5:10am which was nice!

I couldn’t get the coffee machine to work but that might be my mistake and I also didn’t bother asking anyone... So nothing mayor that was to dislike!!

I absolutely loved thee fact that it was QUIET & NO ONE Bothered. Also loved that our room was in thee corner on a little hill top😁😁😁I was able to also see my vehicle from my window! So that was also a plus!!

The only thing I was kind of bothered with was the fridge/freezer. It didn't seem to work but on the last night i think it froze my 🍌! Hahaa so i guess it wasn't a complete loss. Haha🤣🤣🤣

We really enjoyed breakfast, A+ for the cook. Coffee was perfect.

My spouse and I enjoy our stay with Ramada, clean and very quiet. Clean sheets and flooring even though check in clerk had no room reservation on file. Sweet clerk helped get us a room upon late check in. Booking was not reserved.

Good size, Adequate table space, ADA toilet & shower, park and unload by room, 24 hr coffee, washer/dryer off lobby. Extended stay 2 extra days at only a bit larger fee. After calling about missed housekeeping, extra towels & soap were brought (Again the last night). Maintenance brought a MicroWave ! ! ! Didn't need fridge, but they'd have brought it if asked. In room coffee was removed at start of Covid. Got 2 BIG trash bags from office; CAN'T overflo now. Bent toilet paper holder spring and it works fine now

Missing the microwave & refrigerator, and the coffee maker. Room was never cleaned, though 'Stay Over' service was promised; tiny trash can long ago overflowed. Guess changing linens or making bed daily may be a thing of the past Faucet doesn't shut off right, and leaks onto vanity easily. Toilet paper holder broken; double holder missing one bar completely & the other won't latch to hold the roll. Room A/C has no 'continuous fan' option, so kinda loud each time it restarts; steady on becomes white noise. TV remote isn't right one. basic functions work, but CC and others don't. channel guide shows 1st 24 that aren't available and 25-86 are not where guide shows. Sleep Does work.

Location was perfect, area is quite and other places to eat around are great.

Was told by staff I could do an early check in one staff told me I can the other told me I can’t another said it would be ready in 30 minutes to find out it was until 6 hours the communication between staff wasn’t great but over all staff always do their best and keep a smile

We had to get to the airport. No breakfast. The room was huge. Two big, high beds and a lower couch settee type bed for getting your shoes on while old and arthritic. Someone thought this through. . For desert dwellers with frozen pipes we were giddy about a bathtub with hot water and could have cared less about the hair dye someone rubbed into the carpet trying to remove it. Room is clean,, smells fine, just uh, carelessly used. Village Inn next door had an enticing menu, tasty, big Cobb Salads for dinner.

First airport shuttle is at 7 AM. That's a little tight for us Nervous Nellies with an 8:30 flight, which isn't even that early.

I can’t believe that your demographics are at an average of 5’5” tall. That is how the mirror was positioned on the wall. Except for the bathroom mirror, the room was wonderful. It was very spacious for a single business traveler . The bed was comfortable the bathroom was just fine. I really like the room and I really was disappointed with the bathroom mirror.

All details included: refrigerator microwave, ironing board, hair dryer, coffee etc, were there. The morning staff even packed me a breakfast when I had to leave before the buffet started.

I needed an early morning airport run but the shuttle doesn't start until 7:00 a.m. Luckily the night manager Steven was an angel and gave me a lift.

The staff were all very friendly, and it was very close to the airport. Though it is far from town, there are a handful of places to eat within walking distance. Uber can get you to town in 10 minutes.

It was weird that you had to use your room key to get into the elevator even from the upper floors. It made getting around with luggage harder.
