Residence Inn by Marriott Albuquerque Airport

I liked the room. The size and amenities available, were exceptional. After our initial interaction with the staff, they were excellent as well.

I did not like the perceived judgement I received during my check-in. I travel with a PayPal debit card for security purposes. I was told that the hotel did not accept this kind of card. I felt looked down on and judged. The general manager was indifferent and cold. The staff had a conversation about my card right in front of me, like I wasn’t present. I have the financial means to stay at this establishment. And the issue was resolved. However the way that it was handled, in my experience, was not acceptable. The general vibe from the GM during our stay was one of condescension. Perhaps she is short-staffed or overworked, either way I did not like or appreciate her overall attitude.

I liked the size and location was good. Bed was big but bit too soft. I would have liked a ice machine on the floor but there was none however front desk did give me a bag. loved the shampoo and conditioner.

I felt the price for one night was a bit too expensive. Yes the room is nice but i could have found cheaper with the same. Pool was full the whole time so didn't get to enjoy that part.

We only stayed one night at this Residence Inn, while we were on our way to Tucson. Very fast check-in process as we arrived late. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean. The kitchen area was big, and had everything we needed to have a warm meal and store the food that we had with us. It was a comfortable short stay.

rooms need some upgrades…carpet old and fraying on edges, top shelf of dishwasher broken and tips forward

Staff friendly, place is secure and plenty of parking.

Just refill on the shampoo, conditioner and body wash they supply.

I like how quiet and clean my room was. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The wireless signal needs boosting. Also, the fridge's compressor in my room was squeaking.

The space, the luxury and the convenient to go places we wanted to visit.

Maybe a little on the clusters with other hotels adjacent to area.

Their shuttle service is excellent. My daughter returned our rental car last night and they picked her up at the rental agency and will be shuttling us this morning to the airport.
