Quality Inn

The Server was fantastic , kind and very helpful. She was quite friendly too ! I enjoyed the meal as well. The food was prepared absolutely delicious ! ! ! ! ! The surrounding area where the food was served , was neat and clean , with an atmosphere conducive of breakfast !

Absolutely nothing ! And the hotel was very clean and organized. The rooms had a freshness in them, just as fresh as the mountain air. I liked the location of the hotel as well. It was easy to access most of the locations that I wanted to visit. I will book there again. I would have liked a bar to purchase a cocktail. I like the bar atmosphere to help me sleep and also meet other people.

Good rooms, nice pool, reasonably good internet, clean

I accidentally booked the wrong night (15 July instead of 16 July) and change it via the app, but got an e-mail a day later from Booking.com that the property hadn’t reacted to it. I booked the correct night at the property itself on the morning of 16 July as we needed accommodation and asked them to change it in their system, but they said Booking.com has to do that, so I ended up paying twice. Not sure if it’s the fault of Booking.com or Quality Inn, but I’m hugely disappointed about that.

Limited menu, but the food was good.

The electric outlets were worn and many didn’t work. Although you attempted to have additional USB outlets, many of them didn’t work. Not enough lighting in the room, it always seemed dark, except when the curtain was open, during the day time.

This hotel is beautiful (that fireplace in the lobby- picture worthy) and in a good location. Staff was friendly and the area is nice.

Drop ceiling needs to be updated, no toilet paper in room, towel rack was broken and charge for a single pet is $50. Last QI I stayed in charged only $20.

Wonderful breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed. Great hot water. They provided all that we needed for our visit to Taos.

Building was old and clearly they are working on it. But all essentials were working and comfortable.

The hotel was nice. I think it just needs to be updated so it is more modern. The price was a little high for what you get. $125 would’ve been more appropriate. Instead of the 180 that we paid. We enjoyed the pool area as it was very spacious.

Do not let the exterior deter you- this older establishment is clean and comfortable. The rooms have actual ac units that keep it cool and comfortable without shutting off/on throughout the night. We have been traveling for the past 2 weeks and this was by far the best breakfast. Warm - fresh- waffles, eggs, sausage, toast, yogurt, biscuits and gravy. The breakfast staff was super friendly and offered to make more eggs for us if needed.

Room was large with refrigerator, microwave and coffeepot. Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel was easy to find and very convenient to downtown Taos. There was even a nice outdoor pool, but it was a little too cold to use when we were there.

Day we got there family in pool. Next day pool taped off. Not in service. 😳 staff said it hadn’t been in service for some time not sure what he day before when all was good.

They had one of the best breakfast I have ever had. They had fresh kiwi which you don't often see. The front desk staff moving and night were wonderful. The maintenance man was so jolly and capable.
