WorldMark Red River

Beautiful views, wonderful fireplace and was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit.

We chose this location because of the hot tub. As our departure date neard we called to verify that we would have a second story room and also inquired about the hot tub. We were told it was not working but would be in two weeks. we verified that with maintenance. We tried to book elsewhere at that time but places were booked. We called two weeks later your hot tub was not fixed and we were told “it won’t be fixed” A partial refund would be in order. We would not have chosen your location if we had known this up front.

The two bedroom suite was lovely and comfortable. The layout and design was very appealing. It had all the kitchen and cooking amenities needed. Its location along the Red River was awesome. We saw deer walking along the River green belt. We saw people catching large trout. Just wonderful. it is only one block off of Main Street. Easy to walk around town. It is next to one of the ski lifts. A terrific value for the money and far better accommodations than the vast majority in Red River.

Pool and hot tub were closed.

The location is amazing and the rooms very comfortable. The kitchens are adequately stocked with pans, etc. I thought the beds were quite comfortable. There was enough room for everyone to have a little space of their own as well as nice areas for us to hang out together. William at the front desk was really great and obviously takes pride in his work.

The hot tub was closed, but I actually expected that due to covid. So really, not anything!

Our entire family loved the location of the property, the condition of the facilities, and the size of the back porch. We also liked that our questions were quickly answered, when needed. In addition, we would like to return during the winter season.

We wish that the barbeque grill could have been available during our stay. We were also disappointed that we were not able to use the hot tub. The hot tub was not working the time that we were there.

location was great…right next to the ski lift and the size of the place was bigger than I expected.

The kitchen layout is very poor. No cleaning service and the hot tub was out of service. Also, there is no HVAC register in the bathroom, so it was freezing in there.

Loved the food in the area, and grocery store in case we wanted to cook in the room. Lifts were not too far from the hotel, so we were able to walk to the Platinum Lift, since Copper Chair was closed, and ski back to the hotel after we were done for the day.

Wish the Hot Tub was open, but I understand that issues and pipes bursting is definitely not planned. Hope they get it back soon for our next trip.

The apartment was very nice and loved hearing the water from the stream at the back deck.

The air intake for the HVAC unit in the master bedroom was dirty. The shower faucet broke and water could not be turned off. Person at front desk did not know how to shut water off. It ran at full pressure for at least 2 plus hours. when plumber arrived at about 10:00 PM he turned off water immediately and did repair. Not sure why all that water was wasted. Also Internet was very poor on both IPs that were offered.

hot tub has continuously been down when we come. summer and winter travels. apparently the hot tub has been down for over 3 years. should be noted for original booking at it is one of the things we most look for especially during a ski trip.

The location and the rooms. It is a great place to stay and relax on the porch or inside.

I don't like it isn't pet friendly. I also don't like how it isn't available alot in the summer. Also the pillows weren't the best and there needs to be extra blankets available if you need them.

No breakfast provided, Staff friendliness! William was great everytime I called before the trip & onsite. The maintenance guy was awesome and efficient, however he wasn't able to keep our fireplace going due to a part ordered.

The fireplace should have been tested prior to guest arrival, in order to have the experience of amenities.
