The property managers were excellent. We had a little issue getting up the driveway because we didn’t have 4 wheel drive. The manager came over and graded the drive way down to the dirt so we could get in and out. He also fixed the undercover by the front bumper that got pulled down when the car slid into a small rock pile trying to get up the driveway before I called management for help with the driveway. They went above and beyond with help

Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, and basic things. Location was great. Just outside of the main area of Angel Fire. Wooded. Wildlife came around which was super fun. Staff was friendly and helped us with information and all our questions.

Cabin was outdated. The couch futon was very worn down and uncomfortable. There was no cover on the box spring to the bed. Shower was rather small. Towels smelt like mildew but they had plenty others under the cabinet that were fine. Fireplace was fake and didn’t put off any heat. That was a little disappointing. Not sure if all cabins are like that. We did not like that the cabin was unlocked and keys were inside upon arrival.

The managers were amazing and always responded quickly to every question. They spent a ton of time helping us get unstuck from heavy snow, as well!

There was some broken furniture. All in all it was still usable, but the futon was weeks away from being able to sit on. It's also about 3 miles out of town, which proved a little harder than expected during heavy snow.

Loved everything about it!

Coffee maker takes 45 min to brew 10 cups - if you try to get coffee earlier it’s luke warm and super strong. A simple $30 coffee maker would do a much better job. Coffee is important to us and out of all the vacation rentals this was the most difficult way of starting our mornings

The cabin was loaded with everything we needed in the kitchen to cook if we wanted to, as well as an additional waffle maker was put in there at our request. There was every possible need we could’ve had already in the bathroom. We had plenty of specialized coffees teas hot cocoa and chocolate left in the kitchen to curb our caffeine needs! All was fantastic!!! Beds were so comfortable!!! The linens and towels were very high quality!!! Beautiful scenery all around and the wildlife was amazing! I couldn’t ask for anything more and would definitely rebook in a heartbeat!! The staff was also the friendliest I have met in a long time and I travel a lot. We received a text every morning to make sure that our needs were met and everything was fine.The management there is set on ensuring your stay is the best ever!

Beautiful, Quiet, just outside of town and just down a short span of gravel. Our host could not have been more accommodating.

The king bed was hard as a rock! Neither one of us could sleep. The queen bed was better so we slept their.

4 minute drive from the ski resort, but felt secluded and quiet. Good hills for sledding right outside the front door. Cabin was well-appointed, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Allot of static in bed!

Great location with private access to Lady Slipper trail that leads you down to Monte Verde Laura where we saw lots of deer and baby Canada geese. Pay attention to which cabins require a vehicle with ground clearance to get to them. Comfortable cabin, premium coffee and toiletries, amazing porch/deck with chairs for sipping coffee and watching chipmunks play.

the location was great 8 minutes from where we were going to a wedding. The cabin was perfect had everything we needed. was very nice.
