Days Inn by Wyndham Evans Mills/Fort Drum

Breakfast included make-your-own waffles. They could have used butter. If anything was missing or had run out, staff replenished it right away. I recommend adding a 2nd chair to rooms that may not have them. Everything was very clean. Overnight was quiet. Parking lot is well lit. I noticed electric charge for cars was available as well. I don't drive electric.

Very friendly staff that quickly responds to requests; we stay here often and I always ask for extra pillows. Nice self-service breakfast. Although I could tell someone was in the next room, I wouldn't say I could really hear them. We have stayed here often and expect we will be back.

They definitely need a new stationary bike. The towels aren't the fluffiest.

The rooms were clean Spacious Great water pressure for shower's. Quiet and peaceful .

The sink in room 221 NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP! CLOGGED UP HAIR AND GROSS STUFF IN THE SINK. FOR 100$ A NIGHT I SHOULD HAVE NOT BEEN UNCLOGGING A SINK ON VACATION.! PERIOD. HAVE BETTER BREAKFAST AND TAKE PRIDE, IN FEEDING YOUR GUESS GOOD WITH A PROPER BREAKFAST THAT'S NEEDED. NEEDS firmer bed's! These beds are hard.

Room was very nice the facility was very clean and the staff was great very helpful and pleasant The breakfast is a standard continental waffles ,cereal, yogurt, breakfast bar's and banana muffins We'll stay there on our next trip to Watertown

The bed was a little hard for me but that's OK

A friendly and efficient staff. Clean throughout the hotel. I was worried that since our room was right next to the elevator and laundry room that it would be noisy but never heard a sound.

Having a chair in the room other than the small desk chair would be nice. The shower should have a handrail

Very clean, comfortable, and very affordable. Check in was smooth and the room had a microwave and a fridge to use which was a nice bonus.

The breakfast was fine with mostly cold options but more than enough given the price. The area around the hotel didn’t have many options for groceries or food

The Manager was very friendly and made some extra accommodations for us without any addition charge to our room. Rooms were cozy and adequate. I probably would stay there again for the price I paid, it was fine.

The carpet in our room was old and needs to be replaced with flooring. The tub faucet was loose. The Breakfast was nill to nothing at all. Only cereal, muffin tops, granola bars and apple and oranges.

The young guy at the front desk at arrival was amazing. Very friendly and informative

Breakfast was lame. Only yogurt and fruit. We asked front desk for coffee to be refilled and we waited 10 minutes and I went back to the front desk and the girl said they weren't going to refill the coffee use the coffee in the room. Honestly I have never stayed in a hotel where the coffee/tea service wasn't available or they weren't willing to refill the coffee. If breakfast would have really been included it would have made a difference in the price but we chose this hotel over another due to this extra and had to stop for breakfast any ways and I had two rooms I paid for. The girl in the morning at check out was on her phone texting and I had to wait for her to finish to check out.

Nice people, spacious rooms, 3 restaurants in the adjacent building, brand new renos, clean.

Actually they are still in the middle of renos as of April 2023, which is why I gave 4 instead of 5 out of 5 on some categories, but that won’t affect anyone staying there soon, you’ll just have brand new rooms.

Staff with a mop bucket told us as we were waiting for the elevator that we should probably use the stairs.After spending almost 300 dollars to stay 2 nights I took offense to that statement.To that statement I say Days Inn can kiss my butt.Never again.Desk staff was good. Facility was clean.
