The room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfy and the room was clean. My wife needed an extra pillow which was they provided within 1 hour. Also 1 night we were there the room nest to decide to have a very noisy party and made it hard to sleep. Tried to contact the desk but couldn't find anyone at the desk. When mentioned to the front desk the next morning they took care of the issue that the guests in that room were quit the next night.
The booking system indicated that there was a continental breakfast. The information of amenities needs to be kept up to date.

The staff and the renovated rooms were clean and very comfortable the breakfast was amazing even though we had to pay for it. Overall the location an experience was good.
The 4th floor room that we first where put in was completely waterlogged and the walls were falling apart exposing black mold when I walk-in I immediately got sick but the staff gave me an upgrade the price is a little expensive for the location and outdated furniture and decorations

The staff was great, acted fast, but with Covid people should have a better understanding most places are short on staff, place needs an upgrade, room wise, but over all you can tell that once this Covid nightmare is over that place will be the go to.
Only two towels in a room that sleeps 4, towels were over used and need to be replaced. Bathrooms need massive remodeling.

No refrigerator in the room. When you travel from a distance it’s really a necessity not a perk. Also. I had medicine that needed to be kept refrigerated. Cost was very high
