Courtyard Long Island MacArthur Airport

I liked the size of the rooms and the comfort of the rooms. The modern design was appealing and the hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was great amenities and the pool area was clean and stocked with plenty of towels.

I didn’t like that the price for parking was not included with the room charge. I also did not like that there was no continental breakfast options. The prices for the convenience store on premise could have been cheaper and had more of a variety.

The employees were super friendly and answered all my questions. They were very accommodating. The hotel was very convenient for me since I could walk to the LIRR and get to the city and airport when needed. Also, I didn't realize they had laundry rooms (quarter operated) so that was helpful.

Sometimes the cafe/restaurant wasn't open but that is understandable since everyone seems to be a bit short staffed. It was a very minor inconvenience but there are plenty of options for places to deliver, dine-in and they had a full pantry of wines, drinks, food items and entrees from a local Italian restaurant which was very good!

there was no breakfast, no continental breakfast either. the coffee in the room of Course is sub par so I went to the Starbucks in the lobby. They had no breakfast sandwiches, not even croissants. a plain bagel was 5.00!

We were assigned a handicap accessible room which had a bathroom devoid of cabinets or table tops to put out my toiletries. Only a sink attached to the wall. Why were we assigned this room? We didn't ask for it. Also they charged you extra 10.00 for parking! When has an American convenience hotel charged me for parking?

The ambiance was lovely. The room was clean and nice we had enough towels and wash rags

On the day we were to check out at 9:30 am, housekeeping came knocking, and when the door was opened it was hard to understand what she was requesting because she just mumbled something and walked off. Even with me still standing in the door way and asking how i could help her.

It was very clean and the staff was very helpful whenever I need something. Also I love that the t.v had other’s connection of Netflix and prime video not just the cable and that’s something you don’t find in other hotels. I love everything about this hotel, it has everything you needed the pool, jacuzzi and the gym. I give this hotel 10/10.

The property was clean and updated. The rooms were clean and smelled great, and the bed was super comfy.

There wasn’t a lot of breakfast options, and they were expensive. I wish they had offered a continental breakfast.

Did not like the charge for parking.we had reservations for the restaurant the next day and parked between the hotel and restaurant. Very unfair Also charge for food was way too high just to charge to the room

Staff exceptional, facilities very nice, the coffee and breakfast very good..our room was large enough for family in area to come visit in the room

Air conditioning a little loud but typical for hotel

I have two young kids so it has to be the pool! The pull out sofa was comfortable, as well. Ended up on it with DD and we slept fine. We wanted a quick get away for the kids at a nice hotel. They are young enough that that is usually what they like the best. It was plenty fancy and fun for them. We are booking another one night stay, soon.

The hot tub was out of service and the kids were bummed. The parents. not so much :) Much easier to keep them out of it since it was not working. This would be a parenting win. Having to pay a $10.00 a day parking fee was really the only minus.

Very friendly staff. Quiet, large rooms if a little dated. Free, decent wifi, two outside restaurant choices right next door (NOT gourmet, but decent food for a late night arrival).

Probably due to Covid, the bar/restaurant was woefully under-stocked so no chance of grabbing a late dinner after arriving. Ice machines only on 2 of the 5 floors? Weird. Pillows were like crackers.
