It was close and convenient to our event location and close to stores for shopping and a Car wash for my husband. We were only there one night so I can't give much on reviews. But we did not use the kitchen at all. However I did like the full size refrigerator. I wanted some Ice but didn't see an Ice Bucket, so I don't know if they even had an ice machine. But overall it was better than some reviews for another hotel we were considering.

It was in a quiet spot, it was nice and quaint and the windows let in a lot of light! The staff members were welcoming and sweet and made my stay a lot better :)
My room was already very clean but I personally felt as though the countertops could've been wiped down a bit better. But other than that the room was very clean!

Truly felt like a small apartment with round the clock wonderful staff - too bad apartment complexes can’t feel the same
I would’ve liked if there was a greater discount for the whole week like in the past when I’ve stayed. My family and I couldn’t afford the whole week and we’re mid-tradgedy and thanks to them for 1 night of comfort just wish it could’ve lasted longer

I was on the third floor, I needed one on the first, my husband is disabled and if needed to get out quick and not be able to use elevator, it’d be hard for him to go down the stairs fast

Very clean and comfortable. One employee has given us issues the entire time we have been here. Screwed up all of our bookings and WiFi we had paid for. Very rude and unknowledable. Beside this one employee, everyone else has been amazing.
The rude service desk attendant who does not have a clue what she is doing.
