Both night and day managers were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent and quickly restocked. Location is great, right off freeway exit and right down street from Walmart, target, best buy, the mall (what left of it). But really, a building is a building. It is the staff here that makes this a great home away from home!

I always stay at the Hilton honestly I had a great experience it was clean the staff was very friendly , they did their job. Their fitness room is open 24 hours I love that, pool isnt open that’s OK cause it’s a whole pandemic going on the breakfast choices weren’t like a variety but they did have coffee 24/7 and or hot water. It was cool.

OK I’m gonna be honest with you guys their were some stains on my sheets and there were like a spider issue in my room I don’t know where they came from honestly I am big on hating any bugs where I’m staying at. The staff was attentive to me and my needs so they definitely change the sheets ASAP but the bug problem it stayed until I left, I can count at least like 15 spiders on the window that I killed.

Breakfast was good. Excellent variety of hot and cold food and drink options. Full kitchen was handy.

Could hear every word of the all-night fighting going on upstairs. Noise carried through bathroom fan vent. Many unsupervised children running up and down hallways.

It's my first time staying here and it was nice to see that the information mentioned on the site is reliable and accurate, I personally witnessed it... Especially location was perfect, excellent!

Soundproofing could be better, unfortunately, you can hear outside conversations!

the bleach in pool room was a bit strong for my liking. burned the eyes and kids couldn’t stand it for very long. a ventilation window would have been helpful.

Rented 6 rooms/ 6 nights with kitchen. One room dirty dishes in dishwasher. Dishwasher did not work took 3 days to fix. Same room, dirty towel in bathroom. Quality control seems to be lacking

I like almost everything except breakfast.

I was disappointed with the breakfast because I selected this hotel for the breakfast option. I thought the choice was very limited and was a little lack of explanation about the choice. When I checked in I understood as there would be a breakfast bag to pick up due to the pandemic but the thing is you need to ask. The option wasn't clear enough.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast. Lots of options that were constantly refilled.

When we arrived our room did not have a "clean-safefy-seal" on the door. Mirrors and surfaces weren't properly cleaned. Room was a bit small after you turn the pull-out couch into a bed.

The breakfast was great, there was a variety of food and it was available right at 6! The pool was the perfect activity to keep toddlers happy

Great coffee, wonderful and spacious suites my only issue was the bedding. The bed spread layers looked as though they were dust ruffles mixed with sheets and a top spread that had a fold at the top which I’m assuming was for the pillows. Very uncomfortable and kept falling off the bed. Other than that it was very accommodating for my family.

The gym was closed due to covid!
