Red Roof Inn Rochester - Henrietta

Room was freshly painted and had clean bedding. I liked the hardwood floors. The staff shorted room of towels, but addressed it immediately when asked. Staff was corteous and friendly and addressed any issues, if they arose, expeditiously.

I didnt like the carpet squares provided on either side of bed. Paint splatter was on counters and ice bucket. Arm chair was dirty, needed a good vacuum.

Quiet. Didn't hear any neighbors. Convenient room lay out - Sink & mirror were just outside toilet/shower room, so could wash hands and brush teeth & hair while some one else showered.

Coffee pot in the room didn't work well, but they had coffee available by the check-in/check-out area, so it worked out fine.

Close to family and sights

The room wasn't cleaned or beds mad for the four day's we were there. And the towels weren't changed out either ,they didn't have replacement towels.

This is an easy-to-access, clean motel. The staff are friendly.

I've stayed here a few times. On occasion there have been issues with clogged sinks and some broken hardware on the furniture. So some attention to detail in facilities would be an improvment.

All was good. The accommodations satisfied our needs for our trip. Staff was very courteous.

Door knob on bathroom was not working properly. Cover on air conditioner was damaged and not fitting properly. Both issues were OK to work around.

It was clean and very reasonable!

Something broke in the room and I reported it but it was never fixed. It wasn’t really a big deal and I can’t complain l had a good stay!

There is Tim Horton, McDonalds and Wendy's right next to the property so it is easy to get food. I did not want the room service during my stay and the staff was understanding. I travelled alone and felt safe.

the room had virtually no sound insulation-- there was a connecting door to another room which I did not know about when I booked.

Room was very nice, clean, and it even looked newly updated. I have stayed in much worse motels that were more expensive, so this is a great value. Nothing fancy, but perfect for $60/night!

Convenient location. Excellent and efficient staff. Clean room.

The first room we were assigned reeked of cat urine from a recent guest’s misbehaving cat. We were changed to another room immediately and efficiently. The room was very clean and quiet.

The only thing that I didn't like and I think the hotel can change is the toilet are to low almost touching the floor my husband is 6'0 tall it was to low to seat.

Very clean and comfortable the bed.
