Splendor Inn Bed & Breakfast

It was a huge pleasure staying at Splendor Inn. The place was cozy and very beautiful, with beautiful antique furniture, a nice sunroom and backyard. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and had everything we needed. We also loved the morning breakfast and open access to coffee, hot chocolate, and fruits like banana and apple. My toddler also really enjoyed crawling around the house, marvelling at everything. The hosts, Ann and Chris, were also very helpful and easy to reach. I have been telling everyone to book a stay at Splendor Inn and strongly recommend it.

The hotel location for our needs, the facilities and, most important, our hosts were truly outstanding. The breakfast service and food were delightful, and we wholeheartedly recommend Splendor Inn to anyone desiring a pleasant stay in central New York State.

The only problem we had during our appears to be due to the timing of our stay, so we cannot fairly fault the hotel—the days were unusually warm, and since our room was on the top floor, the small wall A/C unit wasn’t able to keep up.

Perfect location in a charming downtown area within walking distance to restaurants. The breakfast was exceptional and included a number of tasty options. We particularly liked the blueberry fresh toast. The host was friendly, helpful and informative.

The bed could have been more comfortable, but otherwise a great stay. We've stayed here twice and plan to come back again next year.

Very obliging with dietary breakfast requirements. Lovely and clean and very nice host.

Lighting was very dim. Alot of road noise being in one of the front bedrooms

We've loved everything, from the gorgeous decoration to the delicious homemade breakfast!! Great hosts and there are fresh fruit, coffee, tea, water and homemade cookies available 24/7. We had a problem with our car in the middle of our road trip and we recieved unvaluable help from the hosts. They literally saved our day!

Excellent service, owner super friendly and his dog is so cute, walkable little town, large room for two, there’s plenty of sitting areas around the house which is nice

The house is on the main road that go through the town, so traffic noise does pick up by early morning , didn’t bother me because I m an early riser anyway

We love staying at this B & B whenever in or near Norwich. It is located within walking distance of the center of town. We love the atmosphere. We've stayed in different rooms and each one has a personality of its own. The Breakfast is always delicious . Coffee great too!! Chris and his wife are lovely hosts and alway make you feel at home. You will not be disappointed if you stay there.

Breakfast were ok. It was like ordering from a resataraunt. Very gracious.

Beautiful old home. Wish we had more time to learn more history of the house. Chris was very good about giving a tour & instructions to make our stay welcoming. I liked that he offered suggestions for restaurants & had menus to review to help us make a choice.

Wonderful stay - from speaking with the owners to the wonderful breakfast they made us. The home is lovely and we would definitely go back again!
