The stay was fine room wasn’t ready at check in. Breakfast was fine but very limited because the pga was in town and the vendors were serving them according to staff

I checked out a day early.By thetime the counter person got to check me out because she was checking other people in it was 3:10 she said the computer wouldn’t let her check me out till the next day so I wouldn’t get a credit she said there was no staff there to clean the room which made no sense to me because if it was done 15 minutes earlier it would not have been a problem

Breakfast was fast and good...the well-cooked bacon was delicious, was much better then the soft bacon. All of the front desk attendants were fantastic. The pull out couch bed in my king room where my grandson slept was terrible...not suited for a grown person.

As mentioned above, the pull out couch bed was not suited for a grown person...very uncomfortable (I tired it to verify it was my gown grandson told me and he was right.

Your staff was very helpful in dealing with issues regarding reservation and TV not working.

There was much confusion regarding the reservation. Our original reservation was made through booking.com. We tried to modify to come a day early. Was told it could not be done, then they could do it. Confusing. TV did not work in room so they gave us another room. Due to separate reservations, they locked us out of both rooms which took 45 minutes to straighten out. Everything was fine from then on.

The staff were so understanding and nice to myself and my children. The continental breakfast each morning was excellent, always restocked and fresh hot food. Extra pillows and blankets were provided at no extra charge. The pool was a huge bonus to my children and I when they got restless in the room.

Snacks at the concession stand by the front desk were pretty pricey.

Room was nice, A/C was very good. We enjoyed the breakfast, however coffee was not as strong as we would like. Great that we were able to bring our dog, which was the compelling factor in choosing this Hotel.

Our check-in was not very smooth, the room was not ready at 3PM as we were told. Luckily we were able to stay with family while a room (not the one we picked on line) was made ready. Never took advantage of teh digital key since it was for the room we never got. Front desk said housekeeping was understaffed and very behind.

Loved everything. Stay was great. One of the best hotels out of the many I have stayed. Rooms were very clean. Although there are restrictions due to covid breakfast was still available with many wonderful options. Pool was still open and not crowded. The staff was awesome. All of the staff were very polite and sweet. They are very attentive & accommodating. Never experienced such great customer service. The front desk woman was extremely nice and makes you feel right at home. She was very caring and helpful. My kids and I loved the front desk lady. Staying in such a clean hotel with such great customer service was so relieving and relaxing. Would definitely come back any time 😃.

We were in town for a soccer tournament in had a wonderful stay. The included breakfast was also a nice perk!

I don’t like that there was no cancellation policy with the hotel and it was definitely too expensive. This one night stay cost more than it did for me to stay in a Marriott at the Baltimore inner harbor.

Great location. Quiet but very close to the highway for easy travel. Friendly staff that were visible 24 hrs a day.

We came down during the last half hour of breakfast each day and the food was a wee bit cold. However, there was always a nice selection and the area was kept clean and orderly

The matress was the perfect combination of supportive and soft.

The pillows were too soft and not supportive at all. We had a hard time sleeping because of it. And the sliding doors to the bathrooms seem to make it impossible to have privacy while on the toilet and in the shower.

The room was fine - as expected. AC was great. Bathrooms aren't amazing but works great for the value. The breakfast was good, especially since it was free - many options hot & cold. I used the app for checkin/out, so I did not interact with staff much, however in the past they have always been very helpful and friendly!

Rooms are a little out-dated, but this is not a problem really.
