Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Concord (Kannapolis), NC

I always enjoy staying at Country Inn, my reservation was lost, and the lady at the desk put us in a bigger room, I think it was the extended stay suite, for the same price as a regular room.

I didn't like that we had to leave a few hours after checking in.

The hotel was nice! The bed was comfy. I was able to rest after a long trip and being out in the heat! The room was big, with a nice big bathroom! Very nice place and a great price. & So many great people!! A lot of excitement with the police around and then an ambulance. The cable channels are awesome!

The pool was not working. There are police around just driving thru the small parking lot. I guess it's for safety, but it made me feel as if something had happened previously and I shld be on alert. We didn't know that the only microwave was downstairs in the dining area so we couldn't heat up our dinner leftovers that night.

The gentleman at the front desk was polite and professional. He was also sympathetic at the fact we were in town for my brother's funeral. I also thought the bed was comfortable. I was able to get a good night's sleep all things considering. Considering that they were renovating the hotel, the breakfast selection was limited but there was some variety. I also liked how the room was clean and comfortable and for the most part, the hotel was quiet. I liked how well the iron worked. Also the wifi was very fast and reliable.

I get the food was limited for the breakfast but I think they sacrificed quality. The bagels were stale. The sausage links were cold even in a warmer and the scrambled eggs weren't very fluffy. It's also amazing how the room was designed for two but we only had one washcloth. Since it was a handicap accessible room, it would have been nice to have a walk-in shower with a seat. It was difficult to climb into the tub. I also found it interesting how there was a coffee maker and a fridge but there was no microwave in the room. I also did not like how the maid, who did not speak very good English, knocked on the door on at least two occasions and entered way before the 12pm check out time. It was like 10am when she entered the last time.

Great location by interstate. Fast check in. Good staff. Clean room and common areas. Room was a nice size. Bed is comfortable.

Breakfast was not very good. WIshed there were biscuits and gravy. The hot items availabe left something to be desired. There was quite a lot of noise from other rooms and the hallway. Probably not that unusual partly due to there being a softball tournament for girls in the area with teams here for the weekend.

The room was clean and spacious. I’m hot natured and the AC was excellent after being at softball tournaments all day

The breakfast was great the first day but not so great the second day. It was pretty  on par with other hotel breakfasts though. The pool was closed the first day due to electrical issues & we only book rooms with pools during the summer but they quickly fixed the issue and opened it back up

It was clean , offered breakfast, had clean indoor pool, room was clean and comfortable, very large shower, nice area overall nice

They only supply one roll of toilet paper and there were not enough towels in the room..also the cleaning room rule is not good.

Breakfast was better than most hotels hot egg omelets, hot biscuits ,coffee waffles, cold cereal ,yogurt, ect, Facility was clean Great shower water pressure Indoor pool weight room and pool open to 12 midnight also checkout 12 noon which is great parking also great, hotel located in safe area near interstate and eating places , bank

Walls are really thin can hear conversation and tv programs in room next to me people talked late into night 1am to 2am really annoying and inconsiderate, Bed not that comfortable little hard Jacuzzi was not working that was man reason I booked

Very good breakfast. Clean room. When we checked in I asked if a king was available, but it was on a race weekend and they were sold out. Staff were friendly. Good water pressure in shower, plenty of towels, etc. The location is surprisingly quiet - our room was on the front of the hotel.

The ONLY complaint was that one of the beds was very lumpy - the feather duvet wasn't properly dried, I guess.

Breakfasts had a good variety. Housekeeping was efficient and the rooms were clean.

Hot tub was out of order and was disappointed in that. Also, when I stayed in the motel in April, I had a very nice room with two queen beds and a separate living area with a couch. I thought I had booked the same room type, but only got a room with two queens. Asked about changing the room, but the desk just said they were booked and were not very polite about it.
