Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites - Concord, an IHG Hotel

I enjoyed my stay here. The breakfast was of great quality, and the hotel was very clean. The location of the hotel was wonderful, with easy access to the highways and had many restaurants and stores nearby.

The business center did not have a functioning printer and the staff refused to print out a copy of my receipt for my expense report. I expected better amenities and customer service for traveler's who are on business.

Breakfast was a great for those that wanted breakfast and the room was clean and the pool was nice and warm

elevator was loud and sometimes you didn't think you would make it up to the 4th floor ... also didn't like the fact that we had to wait over an hour for our room to be ready. .we didn't get there until 4:30 and check in was at 4 and we still didn't get our room until almost 6pm ...but the lady at the front desk explain it was a busy weekend and they were short staff which was nice of her to explain that to us instead of just letting us sit there

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and updated. Brand named (dove) shampoo/conditioner/soap/lotion provided for your stay. Friendly staff. Good location to food and stores, we were able to walk to stores and to dinner.

Honestly I didn't find anything wrong. Our stay was great. We had a nice getaway.

it's close to my family for me to visit them.

my bathroom shower liked to kill me it was slippery even after I rinsed it out before getting in bruised both my shins on the tub trying to not bust my head and than after finally getting in the shower under the water the whole shower head fixture fell off and hit me in the head and swung back and got my elbow too. I reported it to the staff so they could have someone fix it before next person stays in the room an older person or small kid would have probably got hurt worse but rather than that ant the price being little high and pool not open it is a great place to stay.

Breakfast was very good and staff friendly. Hotel was clean and tidy.

Room needs some updating on ceiling. We had a top floor room; looks like it had a ceiling leak some time ago and needs patching. Other than that, hotel was very nice and very friendly staff.

The breakfast was excellent. 1000% better than the same hotel in Bethlehem GA. The location was excellent. The staff were very professional.

The floor of the bathtub was very slick when wet. Both of us felt very insecure in the shower as if we could slip and fall. Maybe the cleaning solutions make it slick when wet??

The location was convenient to shopping and restaurants. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The only issue was the shower. The bottom of the tub was slick.

It was a very pleasant stay. Clean and very quiet rooms. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was pretty mediocre. The pancake machine only seemed to work sporadically and the English muffins were either very stale or very freezer burned. Eggs and breakfast meats were okay

Everything was on point , lady at front desk was awesome and super helpful. Breakfast was great !

The only bad thing was the pool area , it's in kinda rough shape .

Staff was great and more than accommodating.

limited parking. My car was slightly blocked in the morning and person had to be called to come down to move their vehicle.
