Hampton Inn Salisbury

Very friendly and helpful staff. Kadreeda (I may have misspelled that) at the front desk was very informative and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was pretty good. Loved the 24 hour coffee station. Parking lot felt safe. Location was super convenient and close to many restaurants. The entire hotel felt safe and secure and relaxing. Nice seating area in the lobby with a great view and places to sit and drink coffee. The pool was the perfect temperature and they provide towels for you. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The ironing board was kind of cheap and fell apart the last day of our stay, but my husband was able to put it back together, lol. The iron did not work that great.

The location, the staff, and the hotel overall were great. Great to have breakfast before early morning journey.

Our room for some reason smelled like armpit. I don't know if it was from the a/c vent or what. And some towels looked liked they weren't fully cleaned with stains and musty smell to it. The TV worked off and on even when a staff member came to change remotes or put extra batteries. I forgot to be honest, but the TV wasn't working properly without having to lightly tap the back side. Maybe the cord was loose. Lastly, the microwave had a mind of its own. Turn it on, it wouldn't work right away. Then it would work but not spin sometimes and not heat after first use.

Typical stay at a Hampton Inn :) Very friendly staff. The hot portions of the breakfast was good, and typical from what I would expect from this hotel chain.

The bed was way too soft for my bad back. I was in a room that was friendly to handicapped people, but I do feel that the bed was way too soft. I would recommend firmer beds for those rooms. This particular one did not have the mixed cut fruit during breakfast time like most other Hampton Inn's that I have stayed in.

Breakfast as expected. Room very nice but seemed a little dated. Pool was beautiful, and not crowded! Easy access to highway and restaurants. Also, laundry facilities at hotel made it nice to not have to bring home dirty laundry.

Bed was small, soft and low to the ground. Possibly because I had booked a handicap accessible room, but never happened in other hotels. I asked if they had other rooms with different beds but they said all beds were the same. They also said I couldn't change rooms because it was a third party booking even though the room wasn't ready when we arrived at 5:30!

The breakfast was fresh, the cleanliness of the area the breakfast was served in was cleaned and sanitized. This location has every empty available room taped off with a Lysol sticker indicating that the room had been deeply sanitized. When the housekeepers provided service on our subsequent day of stay they sanitized the room in addition wearing their face mask. The location is very quiet and comfortable for my family. This location isn’t far from restaurants, gas and stores. The culture of the guest are extremely polite and friendly. The staff as well. This HOTEL will be my GO TO when I need to be in this area. Ned, cleanliness, location

Perfect location, very clean room and super comfortable bed. I didn't like the fact that people were standing right outside the front entrance smoking. I smelled smoke outside and then inside the foyer of the hotel. That was not what I expected from this hotel. There needs to be a designated smoking area further away from the front entrance. Also people were loitering near the entrance talking on their xell phones like they were standing on their own porch. The two combined was very unprofessional and almost ghetto feeling.

The check in process was easy. Staff was wonderful. Rooms were clean. Hotel was easy to get to. We forgot our toothbrushes and the staff was able to get us some quickly. In short, the stay was great. Clean, free breakfast, easy access, safe.

The queen room is spacious, clean, and affordable ($133, after taxes). The staff are polite and professional. It's really a nice place, I was pleasantly surprised after some of the other places I've stayed in over the past week.

There's not much I don't like about it. Maybe the location? It's not in a scenic or attractive area. But, on the other hand, it is close to the freeway, makes getting there easier. Otherwise, there's nothing to dislike.

The breakfast was hot and the cafeteria area was well kept by staff, there was a variety of breakfast items to choose from. The stay was comfortable and quiet. There was always someone in the lobby to answer any questions.

I was not sure of how room service was provided. When I was told that I must let them know at check-in by this time I could only receive towels and wash clothes. I wish there were shower caps available in the bathroom.

I love that the rooms were very clean. Staff was very helpful and plesant to interact with. Location was great and it was pretty quite.

Tó be honest I had no problems with my stay at all. I loved everything about it.
