Fairfield Inn & Suites Elizabeth City

Breakfast good. Don't much like powdered eggs but they tasted ok.

I absolutely do not like fluctuating room rates. 1st night was 139 the 159 then 209 for the last night. Also, if I had realized in accessing the Fairfield webpage to book my room that I was actually going through Booking.com at $209 per night I would have closed the page immediately. My previous stay was $139 / night plus tax. Why is Booking.com more expensive and changes through the week?

Our room was very nice, quiet and fresh.

Did not feel welcomed by African American woman in breakfast area.She was rude and very unhappy in what she was doing.I could feel she did not want to be there.The way she spoke to me was so unprofessional.The other woman (cocasion) that was also working has been there before she was very kind had a smile on her face and has always made me feel welcomed.She spoke to my 3 year old grandchild and I appreciated that.

The hotel is perfect...it is close to restaurants and not to far from ECSU which was the reason for the visit to drop my son off to college..the hotel is nice and would give the staff a chance to redeem themselves....there are a few other hotels around the area but this one is the best I have seen down there..

I was charged for 2 rooms and it took me 2 weeks to get my money back another week to get the incidental hold off my card....I was told b4 I left the hotel that it done...only for me to have to call back and be told the funds were never released....I was suppose to get a call back and never did...the breakfast is not the best.... but there is a ihop in walking or driving distance

The guy at the desk was very rude and wouldn’t let me check in for a long time. I had to call my booking app to confirm it after they took my money. Just watch for the YT guy at the counter. He might be a little prejudice

Beautiful and clean facilities. Staff was very helpful and nice. Check in and out was easy. Location was good, near enough but back away from the hustle and bustle. Breakfast was good. It was grab n go with Jimmy Dean sausage egg and cheese biscuits! We were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub! The pool is small but it goes up to 5ft 6 inches deep. Pool towels were the largest I've ever seen.

The water pressure in the sink was almost non existent.

It was close to where I needed to be. The breakfast was great and the lady was so friendly. She made me feel really at home. Also the front desk staff was excellent. My company had sent supplies over and the young lady at the desk was very helpful.

I don’t like my covering on the bed to touch the floor but other than that I have not complaining.

It was amazing really wasn’t expecting that good of hotel in Elizabeth city

Lights go out when there supposed to the lights at the pool went off about 9 o’clock but the hours said 10 there was enough light and we stayed in the pool till 10

I was charged 1100.00 and still wasn’t able to get a room key because I booked through a 3rd party company which is you all!!!!!!! The worst experience I’ve ever had with any hotel that I have ever stayed in.

So I booked this hotel for a weekend hunt. Unfortunately when I showed up I seen the no pet policy. This was a mistake on my end. Fortunately the manager was AMAZING and helped reduce my cancellation fee. Due to the purchase obligation she did not have refund me any amount but she took care of us! So grateful! I will most definitely enjoyed back again... without the pets though.
