Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good (eggs, sausage, waffles, toast/bagels/muffins, fruit, instant oatmeal and cereal). Good location and lobby smelled nice, staff was courteous. TV and AC worked. Bed was comfortable and shower pressure was good.
There was a stain on the comforter which appeared clean but still needed to be bleached out.

convenient location to our trip agenda, downtown Franklin and a grocery store. older motel but clean and fairly quiet at night. Breakfast was fine, fresh eggs and sausage with various choices of bread types and cereal

When I arrived no one was at the desk. She was off cleaning a door somewhere. I realize you are probably short staffed which I get, but if I'm ringing the bell and the person doesn't acknowledge your there it's kind of annoying.

Clean and comfortable. They upgraded our room and it was spacious, bathroom was clean, plenty of counter space. Carpet looked new, clean. A/C worked great, shower was good. We did not eat breakfast there but it was provided.

The location is great if you are passing thru and need a place to sleep. just a few feet off othe main road but far enough not to have noise.
There were a lot of construction workers staying the same night. Their Trucks and trailers made parking difficult

The beds and linens were very comfortable. The shower head was great too.
The TV channel options. Most were like QVC or some sort of some paid commercials. Only 3 channels actually had programming and nothing I watch so ai ended up playing on my phone. Also the wifi was weak. We had queen size beds and little square pillows. (Weird)
