The room was clean. The outlets worked. Although we did not use any of the appliances, they seemed to be in good working condition. The lobby was clean and customer service was great.
Even though the room said it was a non-smoking room it smelled like someone had been smoking inside the room. The ice machine did not seem to be working properly. The bed was a little stiff but otherwise comfortable. The pillows were on the flimsy side and could have used a couple more.

Recently refabbed rooms meant everything was functional if a bit worn. No carpet on the floors is always a good thing. Fresh paint made the interior more inviting. T.v., fridge and microwave all were in working order. The beds were comfortable and slept well. Great insulation between the rooms. Staff was friendly and responsive to our needs.
It was a breakfast in name only, standard fare in this price range.

The location was everything! It was close to everything. Didn't have to travel to get to restaurants or gas stations... everything was right there.
The room looked like an older hotel with paneling on the walls. But it had a neat setup going. The view wasn't that great. They must be in the middle of renovations on their facilities because things were missing from the room...like in the bathroom area, there was a hole with a metal casing around it...like something is to be there. Lights were unplugged and we had to plug them in to get light.

Very easy to get around by car from location.
Office/lobby was so smelly (mixture of curry and body odor) that it was hard to stay in there for long. In the room, I had to prop shoes on top of the A/C and lean them onto the bottom of the curtains to keep it from blowing the curtains up.

It is an older hotel and could use some updating. Also I couldn’t access the heat or air to control temperature in room. we had to contact staff to come and set it. They had to bring a step ladder in to set it
