Qualla Cabins and Motel Cherokee near Casino

It was absolutely perfect. Nothing too fancy but simplisticly perfect. Having the river directly in the front of the cabin was pure magic. The kids fished and played endlessly. Bonfires and grilling out in the common areas were also amazing. I could be there every day and be one happy lady. We cannot wait to go back.

Everyone was friendly. Rooms are updated and nice. They hand corn hole to play, and a beautiful fire pit right in front of the creek. If you're looking to be near the casino, its only 3 minutes down the road.

This has nothing to do with the faculty or facility, this is with booking. Booked for a cabin and booking.com had changed it to a room. Room is still nice, but you're not directly on the creek. So when making your reservation, male sure to double check you're getting what you want.

We stayed here for one night to go to the polar express! We got in late and someone came down and got us our key and was really nice, we hardly waited! When we got over to our Villa we were so surprised!!! it was very spacious, plenty of room for our family if 4! It had a back covered porch that overlooked the river! It felt like we were in the middle of nowhere, very quiet, but right across the street was gas and food and was right down the road from casino is Cherokee! The only thing I regret about this trip is that we did t stay longer!!! 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone!!

Firstly the front of house staff went out of their way to accommodate us and make sure we got their best possible offer. Our cabin was clean, comfy and well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal and enjoy it . The location was perfect with a private view onto the river . It felt secluded and yet shopping and other amenities were only a short walk away. We wished we could have stayed longer than one night . Very relaxing. Thoroughly recommend

We loved the hot tub! We work long hours outdoors in the heat. Being able to come in and get in the hot tub was so relaxing. Even our 12 year old loved it. Everything was clean and inviting, we really felt at home.

The TV in the smaller bedroom didn't work as well as the one outside (well there was no remote to work it). It really wasn't an inconvenience though as we were only able to stay one night. Other than that we loved everything.

The room was fine but i was under the impression that i paid for a Cabin thats what i specified on website but when i arrived the clerk told me that is was a motel room instead but she would get me into a Cabin if there was a cancellation, which there usually was, But that didin't happen . The room was clean and you could smell that it had been cleaned. the beds were very comfortable., the refrigerator needed to be defrosted, everything you put into it froze

This is my second year going and I absolutely loved it. Going to make sure I get cabin the very first year last year! #9 is where the magic happens! The fire pit the deers the benches they were a lovely extra the TP loved it this time still haven't played cornhole guess I'll do that next year! Time flies by in Cherokee so make sure you get there extra early!

Our creekside cabin was very clean. The porch overlooking the creek was comfortable and relaxing and felt very private even though the cabins are close together. The bed was comfortable and it had a great shower! If I were staying longer than 2 nights I would upgrade to one of the bigger cabins with the kitchenette.

On the surface the property looks a little run down and is in definite need of some fresh paint. The owners appear to be in the process of renovation so don't let the first impression scare you away.

The cabin we stayed in was clean and new, Given the age of the motel, we had envisioned an old wooden cabin, but this was an independent mobile unit about the size of a regular hotel room, with a small balcony overlooking the river. The room was quiet and comfortable and suited us and our dog perfectly. The motel itself, where the office is located, is quite old and dilapidated. My wife said it reminded her of the Bates Motel in Psycho! The location is very pretty, close to the casino, restaurants and the Food Lion market. There was plenty of room to walk our dog on the motel property, and some picnic tables and fire rings to enjoy.

Nothing, but our positive review applies only to the cabins, not the motel rooms.

The location was great and the staff were very attentive, friendly and professional. I enjoyed the room//the bed was great and I like the lighting. The wall color, gray, was fresh and soothing. Thank you for making me feel welcome!

Everything was fine but I noticed there had been a rake to hang clothes which had been removed. I would imagine there is going to be a replacement.
