Courtyard by Marriott Raleigh-Durham Airport/Brier Creek

Stayed her Feb 11 before a super early flight on the 12th. It was FAB. Lighting in parking lot was excellent. Bright & lights up your car no matter where you park. Check in was a breeze, hostess was super pleasant. Room was BRILLIANT! Felt very elegant, like 50s glam. Place was spotless & had a fresh kind of smell, not powerful like cleaning products. Bath was amazing, & the bed was SO comfortable. I was just plain ANGRY to get up when the alarm went off at dark o'clock am! LOVE the blackout curtains, the microwave, fridge, & my own coffeemaker ( take THAT, TRU by Hilton!) Very close to the airport, but far enough away to be quiet. Thanks much !

internet access is a bit iffy...

We live just far enough away from RDU that it is easier to spend the night near the airport for an early morning flight. Parking for a full week is only $20, so if you subtract a week of airport parking lot fees the room itself only cost about $50 a night. It is just basic math. Speed down I40 to make an early flight, or pay $50 and be shuttled to and from the airport. The shuttle service is free and goes from 4AM till 12PM. I have stayed at a number of the hotels in the area and this one is by far our favorite.

It was definitely calm and clean gave me adult vibes only, and it’s was very quite and just over all peaceful

I didn’t like that we had to check in residence way then travel back on our side & the lady at the front desk Sunday morning on our side she was very rude we was asking do we check out the same way we checked in and her response was very nasty

We got there early and they got us our room so we could get in after being on road driving all night. The girl at desk was very helpful.

The room was suppose to have king bed and pull out couch . But only had the bed so one of us slept on floor. So it wasn't restful.

I enjoyed the location of the hotel to the stores for shopping. My first name is spelled Thomas, not Thomad. My mistake when making reservations. I tried to correct the spelling when making my reservation, but it did not corrected it's self.

Alonzo was exceptional! He is definitely in the line of work that he should be in. Very thorough, very nice, very helpful! Room was exceptional. Best place we have stayed in around the area! Can't wait til next time.
