Embassy Suites by Hilton Raleigh Durham Airport Brier Creek

Loved that they have covered Garage parking. Especially since there were really bad thunderstorms/downpours happening. Suite was fantastic. Super clean, comfortable. Made to order breakfast that's free is top notch! Loved the chorizo and green pepper omlet that I had. Staff was nice and very courteous. Bar the night before was great as well. They have starbucks coffee if you're into that. (I am, but I know it doesn't matter to some). Fitness area and pool were great as well.

Minor nitpick, the view wasn't much of a view. Now that could be because I got there later in the evening/night (10pm) and they just gave me whatvere they had left for what I reserved, but I'm not sure. I also didn't like that checkout was 11am instead of 12pm. Checkout on their signs in the rooms states 12pm, but I was told when I checked in 11am, Not too big of a deal, but it woiuld be nice to get a 12pm checkout as a standard like other embassy suites that I've been to.

Kendrick Allen, the Assistant Manager, went out of his way to be helpful when I left something behind in my room, personally going to the post office to ensure it was mailed to the right address. Great service overall!

There were NO utensils, plates of kitchen supplies in the room. The point of having a nice kitchen in your suite is having the ability to prepare some of your own meals or snacks. Even though you can get supplies from the bar/kitchen if you ask, this was an inconvenience and a disappointment.

The breakfast was great, beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and other linens. The staff were all very pleasant.

Furniture need to be moved and cleaned under occasionally... we had to move the table to accommodate our family size and it was pretty gross under it, same with the table in the 'livingroom'. We had a family suite and it was very nice, however, it would have been better if there were a bathtub for the baby and kids, and not just a walk-in shower.

Staff was very friendly. Suit was nice and clean. I like the fact you had to have you room key to get on elevator floors added security. Restaurant on site as well as offered complimentary drinks for your stay. We will definitely stay again.

There was a wedding event there over the weekend it was little crowded when we got to our floor there was someone yelling and fighting in a room down below ours. But this is not fault of the hotel. Rooms were very good with sound proof.

Friendly and professional staff! The front reception staff and shuttle bus driver were phenomenal! Afternoon Bartender exceptional. I would definitely stay here again. The room was beautiful.

The room trash wasn’t taken out in the bedroom, none of the dispensers were filled with body wash gel, shampoo or conditioner or lotion. Stuff left in refrigerator. It was definitely noisy for ongoing renovations which is to be expected.

The location was perfect for my family and I. We went to the movies which was about a 10 minute drive. It was also another theater about 5 minutes away but we chose the other one because the tickets were cheaper. There are various stores and restaurants in the area to eat from. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast. It was delicious and it was my 1st time having a buffet breakfast At a hotel with an omelet station. The room was very spacious and I am very happy the pool was open. My family and I travel alot and because of covid alot of pools have still been closed which makes no sense because they will still have the gym open 🤨. The staff was very polite from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. We visited family in Clayton and it wasn't a long drive. The room was clean' didn't stink and no bugs. Next time we visit north carolina my family and I will be staying here again.

Everything was EXCEPTIONAL… EXCEPT the HEATING… had to go get a space heater for the room. Set temp at 80 NEVER got warm until I got a space heater… even asked to adjust at the front desk.. they said they did something but NO HEAT…. the staff wanted me to change rooms but I had already unpacked and I was tired. .. SO I purchased a space heater 🤬🤬🤬

the rooms are updated and very cozy. plenty of lamps and lighting, the tvs are quite large, the shower is also spacious. our kids throughly enjoyed the indoor pool! appreciated the numerous outlets to charge electronics before our flight. also liked the security of using keys to utilize the elevator to floors with guest rooms

The room was modern & clean. The beds were comfortable, staff was very welcoming, location was great! Lots of restaurants & shops in the same area. The drink passes we're a plus as well!

Small pool & hot tub, a lot of families were visiting so the pool area was conjected with people. Breakfast was subpar as well, even though it was "buffet styled" there we're not a lot of options.

My family loved the comfort, the pool area, the breakfast, and being 5 minutes from everywhere we needed. Staff was also very nice ad helpful to explain what I didn’t know. We came from out of town.
