All the desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and stocked when I arrived, although I stayed 5 nights I never had my bed made or towels replaced. There is a fire pit out front for guests to use, that was a bonus!

There was only one place to roll the luggage cart up onto the sidewalk and that was the handicap ramp. It would have been nice to have another place to wheel it up. Also many of the elevator buttons were out, so you weren't sure if you pushed them. The up button on the third floor was constantly pointing down. Apparently they need to call for a bit of servicing for the elevator.

First hotel I can remember staying in that I wasn’t “anxious”. My husband and I both commented how safe we felt there. No noise, even though there were many guests. We will definitely stay there again if the need arises. Staff could not have been nicer. Friendly, helpful and knew their job. Clean and comfortable.

Perhaps a rail at the bath area to assist with getting in and out of shower. Would be especially helpful to those who have standard showers at home

Best stay I've had in a while. Close to where I wanted to be, checking went smooth with Lavonnia. The lobby had a stinch like. Broken sewer pipe! But the room and amenities awesome, clean, room temperature was optimum, breakfast included loved it. I would stay again!!!! You can you should...

Bed was comfortable, good breakfast, friendly staff. The grandkids loved the windows eat.

Carpet was dirty, we wore socks or shoes in the room. Hot water ran out quickly, not much pressure either.

Breakfast options were limited but what was offered was good. Location was great for interests ( riding Deals Gap rt129)

Exhaust fan in bathroom did not work. Not a deal breaker.

We liked everything about it. Friendly staff, good breakfast selections, great location. The beds were comfortable.

It didn't bother us because if there's carpet, there are going to be stains, but the carpet was really stained.

Breakfast was ok, nothing fancy but it was nice to be able to eat there before heading out each day. Room was clean, didn't feel like it was dirty at all. Staff was VERY NICE. It was easy to find on the road and in a good spot in town.

Bathroom was very small but we made it work. Would have preferred a better view (had a view of the power company's trucks). Moldy and mildew smell in the lobby.

First off I’ve been here for three days. Read most of the reviews prior to stay. Every review commented on how excellent the staff is Becky Vicky Christy are the three that I met all of which were absolutely AWESOME!!! I saw where people had wrote that the rooms were small, beds were uncomfortable no fridge. I beg to differ I had a room just for myself I had a queen room that had two beds, there was ample room had a closet, microwave, fridge, television was at least a 32” was on top of the cabinet, it was not anywhere near the ceiling as was said in previous reviews. Totally 100% recommend this hotel and the staff is really incredible. Also breakfast is included. Hotel is extremely convenient to some exceptional motorcycling, also they own entire parking lot so there’s plenty of parking for trailers and they have a specific motorcycle spaces directly in front of the hotel with good security lighting is fantastic and cameras had no issues, didn’t even feel like there might be one. Real nice touch were the towels on a rack before you went out the front door to wipe your seat and your bike off from morning dew or rain just a really nice touch. Prices are fantastic as well. I posted pictures more of the room instead of the lobby and stuff lobby is beautiful big TV, looks recently renovated wide plank wood floors real nice place modern elevators no smells anywhere in this hotel. Will be back in a couple of weeks for more motorcycling and check out colors, I will definitely be staying here again! Obviously there is pride in ownership.🇺🇸

Staff was great and super friendly.

Things were great, but a few more choices for breakfast would have been good.

Vicky was friendly & helpful. Very clean. Close proximity to Tail of the Dragon. Plenty of nearby dining choices.

Satellite tv was pixelated. Door of unit 214 was loose on top hinge, had to lift door to close. Limited breakfast, no eggs or OJ.
