Quality Inn Andrews

The staff was friendly and it was in good location! It's not in a very busy part of Andrews, so you get some peace. It's not a far drive to Murphy, NC and there are so many places to drive and sight see. There is just so much to explore and we didn't get to see everything we wanted. That means another trip! Overall just a great location!

Our bathroom light did not work at all. The moment we got in our room to use the restroom, we tried turning the light on and it wouldn't come on(We choose to not bother them and get our vacation started). So for the three days we showered with flashlights. We were in room 109. We didn't want to move rooms, so we grinned and bared it. We figured it was a small thing to endure because we were out and about everyday.

I was visiting home for Christmas Break. I loved my stay. They were friendly and very understanding. I will most defiantly return to this Inn when I come back to town. I had to leave many times. Every time they were understanding of my situation. You ask. They will be there for you. But you have to ASK or they wont know how to help you with your situation.. Enjoy your stay. For a small town. ITS WORTH THE MONEY!!! :)

I feel like it could use some upgrading. But for a small town. I FEEL like they are doing their best. They care for others. The people who stay. They treat you like apart of their own. You are included in their pack. Just know you will never be ALONE. :)

The location was perfect for us and the hotel was quite adequate. We met the housekeeper, Honey, and she was very nice and so welcoming. The room was very clean and had enough towels. Ruby, at the front desk when we arrived was very nice, also.

I think that having a couple outdoor chairs near the unit would be nice. The breakfast could have had a little more diversity, i.e. bagels or muffins, adult type cereal.

The housekeeper Honey was amazing. She helped us in a timely matter. She was pleasent and friendly. Front desk staff was very helpful and freindly also. Would definitely stay here again. Would also recommend this hotel to freinds and family.

That the pool was closed. Was looking forward to relaxing in the pool so was disappointed when we were told no pool.

The staff are very friendly and efficient! Room is clean and comfortable. Shower is great, water pressure and hot!

It's a little outdated, but clean and comfortable. About 7 minutes from casino if you're mad at your money. Rate is very good. Would stay again!

The breakfast was lacking. The only hot item was "make your own waffle". Their was not much to offer a diabetic. The Huddle House that used to be next door was not htere anymore. The Hotel staff was very friendly, the property was clean,and the location was good.

Staff was friendly and accomodating, especially with us not sure how long our stay would be so we were staying day to day. Definitely would stay here again.

Location was near mountain's. I felt safe.

The bathroom had a used towel and wash cloth hanging behind the door. There was a paper wrapper on the bathroom floor behind the door.

GREAT location near highways, restaurants, shops and our desination.

Would have preferred Sunday breakfast to start at 6:30am instead of 7am.

The facility is clean, and housekeeping was very good! The staff and managers were very nice and helped us a lot during our stay!!!
