The hotel is fairly new, clean and cute. No problem with the hotel. However, I had a huge problem with Booking.com. When I made the reservations the room was advertised for $76.00 per night by Booking.com on kayak. But the room was actually $149.00 per night. Despite several emails to Booking.com nothing was done to adjust the price per night. This is False Advertisement and I was disappointed in the Price Match response from Booking.com. I will not be using Booking.com ever again.

There were two people working at the front desk. The young lady greeted me and ask to assist me. She was very polite and friendly. Provided me options on where I would like to stay(which was great!). Easy check in. The hotel very clean, very laid back atmosphere. I absolutely loved the room. I will stay there in the future.😊

I came from out of town. I asked the young man that was working the front desk about a trash bag of the trash can. He replied:" This isn't my house so I don't know. I just work here." "I think it is nasty, I replied." Then he went on to tell me that they do not do trash bags but there are inserts in the trash can that gets dumped. Even with that the inserts could get nasty where they have to be wiped out.

I have no negative comment on this hotel.

Booking.com /PayPal had not forwarded payment to the hotel, 6 hours after booking. So I had to pay a ‘second’ time in order to check in. Very unprofessional and untimely. I’ll be using a different service for my future travel accommodations.

Loved the modern vibe inside. Amenities were great, especially the pool table right in lobby. Fun positive feeling as you walked in, decor was super. The room design & function was perfect.

Only problem we had was one of our queen beds had a damaged ripped (4) spots on fitted sheet, in section where your torso would lay. We called office and they changed us to new room right away. It was weird how it could have not been noticed. It covered at least 18-20 inches long. The man who responded to the situation was great and supportive.

The Man who checked us in was really friendly and great throughout the day . i really wish i got his name to give him a shout out but it was a very nice hotel and very clean . Very comfortable!

Possibly Needs better breakfast selection. Overall great hotel .Also the pool wasn't open yet due to not being cleaned so we had to find a friends hotel to swim at, but this is minor things it did not impact my decision to book again. Also the hallway did have a weird smell not going to lie.

Me and my family was traveling from DC to sc and caught a flat and had to stay the night in rocky mountain. Not only did they help us with check-in at the front desk but made sure we was comfortable. Got in the room and was amazed there was much space for our 2 year old to et out energy the roomwas super clean . The shower was amazing and they supply you with body wash shampoo and conditioner that smell wonderful. We had plenty of towels and wash clothes so when we got to our room we didn't have to ask for anything . There was plenty of outlets for computer and phones 2 at the bed 3 at the TV and 2 at the desk area I will be back just for a little vaction away .. oh there also was a entertainment area down stairs in the lobby a pool table and games there is also a tiny grill on the deck area you can take advantage of

There was absolutely nothing I didn't like and the breakfast was amazing 😍

Most Everything was great. Super clean, modern & had a great vibe. Rooms were big, and the bathroom had a Ted-size shower. (Ted is 6'9" tall.) All the employees we encountered were friendly and smiley.

Bed was not great for my wife to get good sleep, after a long day of driving for both of us. It was ok for me, but we have a Purple brand mattress at home (we're spoiled). Eggs in buffet were not edible. Red berries cereal was my favorite. Pancake maker seemed to befuddle most patrons. Would have liked a dimmer mode or switch on bathroom light. On the other hand, it was great lighting to make sure you are awake and your clothes match.

The front desk staff and the people responsible for preparing breakfast were friendly, helpful, and professional. Breakfast was great. Nice selection of freshly prepared, tasty food with healthy options. In general, the environment is modern, clean, and attractive. The lobby is inviting with options for lounging and playing. The 24-hour coffee station is also a plus. I like the whiteboards outside the elevators that give travelers information about sightseeing, activities, and dining options in the community. The hotel has an embracing feel to it.

The hotel is not right off I-95, but it is in a nice location that was developed specifically for hotels and restaurants to meet travelers' needs.

The breakfast was adequate, the milk portions were large for one person. I should imagine that a lot goes to waste, we used one carton for both of us and still had some over. We had cereal & toast (which took an age to toast!)

Shower floor was slippy, don't know if the soap dispenser had leaked? I would have liked to have been able to make a hot drink in my room but there was nothing else which did not come up to my expectations

The entire staff was very friendly and professional. They made us feel welcome. The entire facility was pristine. The room the lobby the equipment , all very clean. I had the privilege of meeting the manager, Marion. I tried to express how happy and impressed I was. I will look forward to returning.

There was nothing not to like. One item, not criticism, the shower was the slickest I have seen. It was perfect as far as being clean, but smooth and slippery.
