great place to spend the night on a long trip. as a woman traveling alone, a safe place to stay was important to me. there are a bunch of hotels in the immediate area and the parking lot was well-lit and felt very safe. room was dated but clean. friendly staff at the front desk. I would definitely stay here again

room smelled a little stale when I first got there. once I turned on AC it was fine. room was dated but bathroom was updated. I would stay here again.

The folks at the front desk were super nice. Facility was clean and quiet. Beds are comfortable. The complimentary cookies are a nice touch. The location is convenient.

For the condition of the facilities, I think the rate was a bit high. The rooms need some updating. A mirror in the room besides the one in the bathroom would be nice. One mirror in the bathroom made it a bit challenging for me, my husband, and 2 children trying to get ready in the morning. Iron in the room would have been nice.

The room and bathroom accommodated my wife's wheelchair needs. The free breakfast was very good.

1) Someone there is feeding feral cats, leaving open cans of catfood on the sidewalk and in parking area where the handicapped parking is. In the evening, I went out to my car to get something and was was confronted by a growling, hissing cat. 2)This is a multi-storied building, but there is not an elevator in the building.

Wonderful, comfortable beds. Very nice up-to-date bedding. (and we're super careful in inspecting for bedbugs - and there was no evidence at all of them, or any other bugs!) Very helpful front clerk - MaryKay. Bathroom spotless. Great location, near the highway, and walking distance to several restaurants.

Looked like it was in process of a remodel, with worn, patched carpeting, and tired-looking curtains. No bedside light for each queen bed. Only one long florescent fixture over both beds, the whole length of the wall. Hard for one of us to go to sleep before the other. Seemed expensive when compared with the amazing Boca Raton Hampton we just slept in, at almost the same price. No iron.

Lower price than some comparable hotels. Comfortable, decent breakfast, great location right off the highway if stopping on a long drive up/down 95.

Bit of noise at night, but I think it was just the people in the room next to me watching TV too loud.

We needed a quick place to sleep for a few hours on a long drive. MaryKate was so kind while getting our family checked in. The breakfast was probably the best we’ve had since Covid. Great stay and would stay again when in the area!

The AM staff wasn’t as friendly as the night staff. The guy at the desk yelled at my husband to wear a mask….while his was hanging down from his ear and not on his face. I don’t think you can try to enforce mask mandates while clearly not following them yourself.

The staff was lovely - helpful with references for local dining, has fresh coffee available when we arrived, and even took the time to save a little bird that got caught in a towel!

Could have used advance notice that the hotel was by being renovated.

A quiet, comfortable place to crash while road tripping. The room was plenty clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful regarding a minor issue. The hotel is directly off the highway with a gas station and a Cracker Barrel just about in the same parking lot, perfect way to start the next morning of road tripping!

No real complaints

The first room was not ok..they were in the mist of renovations..I asked for another room..the staff had no problem doing so..it was 100%

Heather the receptionist was very accommodating to my family's needs. We started our trip much later than anticipated and she was able to keep my room available until we arrived. She was friendly and helpful. On our way home we will definitely stay here.
