Room was clean and very large and comfortable. Pillows soft bed comfy-extremely quiet-best night of sleep I've had in quite some time. Ready for check in at 3. Breakfast was hot and cold. Many choices. Staff kept areas full and clean. Good coffee

No plug in bathtub for drain. Was hoping for a nice hot bath and a book after a chilly swim but had to settle for hot shower. On the plus side, the lady at the registration desk asked if I wanted maintence to go fix it and I declined saying it was only a one night stay. She was very helpful and understanding.

location was great ! clean overall. smells clean and good. love the floors instead of carpet ! loved breakfast and staff.

my room bathroom needs renovation. shower knob wasn’t working properly. shower curtains were worn out a bit. also wall near shower looked a bit moldy. bathroom needs work done all together. room curtains need updating as well. artwork in room is bad. red chair in room looked a bit dirty. better mopping the floors. room furniture looks old. toilet paper too thin. tv didn’t have a chromecast/screen mirroring option.

Manager at check-in was not the least bit friendly. Socially disconnected and only perked up a little when he took a personal call ("Hey Bro, What Up") while I was checking-in. He handed me a room card while still involved in his phone call; never looked up. I interrupted him on his call to ask where the room was located; he was able to point! Country Inn and Suites was perfect; too bad the first person you encounter after a long road trip has NO Social Skills.

The smell of marijuana as you are walking up to the entrance of the facility. Guest were very loud using profanity outside in front patio of facility. Loud guest in hallway outside of room. Heard guest through the walls. cracks in floor in bedroom and bathroom. room phone was chipped dusty and not updated. stains on window treatment above windows. bathroom shower had the words “ hot and cold” handwritten on the shower walls in red and blue ink. Air conditioner did not work properly. Water was not hot when showering.

Great location off the Interstate.

One elevator for the entire hotel meant a lot of waiting in the morning. In addition, the only luggage cart available was being used by staff to take out the garbage. Both of these two factors made our checkout experience slower than we would have liked. Attention management: The faucet in our bathroom tub needs fixing. It wasn't a drip but a steady flow. It didn't bother us but it's something that should have been fixed before we arrived. Check out the weights in the exercise room. One of them needs an adjustment. A second treadmill would be great for couples who like to work out on treadmills.

Great location with easy highway access. Property well kept and clean. Room comfortable. Quiet despite the closeness to the interstate. Several food options within walking distance. Breakfast area is well laid out and staff friendly and stayed busy restocking items and helping guests.

Bed pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable and the number of pillows provided is for a king bed. The front desk did provide us with additional pillows upon request. There are no USB ports in the room - serious downside in this day and age.

I like the comfort level and the front desk service. Although I missed breakfast there were plenty of restaurants to choose right in the vicinity so I don’t have to drive far

Check out is at 12 which was excellent however while trying to rest before a 9 hour drive home, housekeeping was banging on the door around 9:30/10. After they interrupted my rest I couldn’t go back to sleep. I just wished they would have waited until check out time to knock on the door

Great location. Rooms were large to accommodate our group. The boys loved the indoor pool. Breakfast was nice.

There was a strange odor in the hallway. Wish our rooms could have been on one floor as requested. One person from our group decided to come the next day to avoid the storms and tornado warnings. She called the hotel and asked if she could pay for both nights when she arrived. They assured her they would hold her room and charge her card for both nights upon arrival the next day. When she checked in she discovered they had charged my card and did not keep her room. I'm still trying to figure out the financial situation. This was a mixup and not something that would usually happen, but it's still a major inconvenience for me.

Very friendly staff, good location, very clean, big rooms. The breakfast is excellent -- both hot and cold options and you can get to-go bags from the desk. The pool is nice too, popular with families. The bed is big, and there was a fold out couch bed in our rooms as well, which was good for kids.

We stayed there twice, one room was great - nice and quiet. The other was next to the elevators and ice machines though, and noisy. It didn't help that a high school football team was staying there and being rowdy too. If you stay, try to avoid a room next to the elevator and get one toward the outside of the building.

Beautiful hotel. Nice staff. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel. Indoor pool was a bit small but it did the job. Breakfast was great: grits, potatoes, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, juice, milk and coffee plus your fruits and yogurt and muffins and cereal. I didn't have to spend anything for breakfast for my 7.

Price was a bit high for a couple nights but best price in the area 🤷🏾‍♂️. Not much to complain about.
