Best Western Plus Wilmington/Carolina Beach

Having a spa in my room last minute booking Restaurant all around Very helpful front deck she was great

Hate being at the end of the hall made me very uncomfortable to hear the doors keep closing and opening or ppl going up and down on the stairs idk was very scared for a female but i didn't want to complain never want a room at the end of a hallway no more this was an anniversary and I didn't have as much private as I would liked.

The staff was small but pleasant in every interaction. I loved the location and price point compared to the surrounding hotels. The drive to the beach was short (about 10 minutes tops) and gave us a chance to see what was offered in the area. The beds were very comfortable and hotel smelled amazing. We didn't have a chance to enjoy the pool but it looked great.

There was one bed that needed to be remade but the front desk was prompt in taking care of the issue. I forgot to let them know there was an issue with the shower head but it wasn't a huge problem.

The breakfast was really good . It’s nice to have fresh eggs and meat. I like having more than just bread and pastries. The staff was super nice ! Nice quiet comfortable place to stay! I would stay again.

The tile on the bathroom floor was loose . The room was nice but I wanted to air it out a bit. Stale air or maybe someone makes in there . Possibly the filter in the air conditioner unit needs changes more often. It was really a nice place.

The staff was terrific. We were traveling through and I found this property online. Rooms were clean. The coffee/tea bar was excellent. After traveling all day it was very comfortable and relaxing.

The pool area!!! it needs so much work done. As a pool owner ourselves, we understand the difficulties of maintenance. But this is more than simple upkeep. The entire area needs to be redone.

It was in a good location and right across from my job, so I didn't have to travel far to get there.

We couldn't use the hot tub in our room and we killed a few bugs in our room other than that it was OK.

The ladies at the dron were amazing. I had booked the wrong date and they were able to accommodate my family and me. Would definitely book again!

The location was very convenient for us

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My kids and I enjoyed the pool and the free breakfast was excellent!

The beds in the double room were a bit small and the room wasn't very clean.

The woman at the front desk was very nice and respectful, she explained everything about the hotel and policy very detailed, the hotel itself was very clean and quite. We booked the King Suite with Spa Tub and it was perfect for our night.

Breakfast was great had good assortment of food to choose from and very well sanitized, Pool was clean My kids had fun, we enjoyed our stay

The security door on side of building is not secured, saw a few people in and out of Building not sure who it may be, tV in the room did not work during my stay

Staff was great, grounds, communal areas and our room were all neat and clean. Indoor pool and free breakfast were definitely a plus.
